I had already been waiting for a week to be notified that the seller had accepted my offer. Since I heard nothing, I checked the property on the website and found out that it had already been sold. When I asked what had happened, they simply shifted the responsibility onto me (saying they had called me but couldn’t reach me). This clearly did not happen, as I would have answered any call regarding the offer on my dream home. The communication is not just poor, it is non-existent.

Rang up and enquired about a rental property I seen on PropertyPal 13/02/26 around lunchtime - woman on the phone was rude and dismissive and just told me go to online, no other info It put me off completely and went elsewhere. Don't allow people to call you through PropetyPal if you have people like this working for you

I recently both bought and sold through property link estate agents and because of the fantastic job they done I couldn't recommend them enough. Suzanne and the team make the process so straight forward and stress free. The marketing of my property was excellent and all was done with such professionalism and with a friendly smile.

I have dealt with this agency twice in the span of a couple of years. The first time, I expressed interest in two properties, visited in person, and was supposed to receive a call. Unfortunately, I never got it, even though the properties were on the market for another month or so. The second time was recently; I emailed them with some questions but never received an answer. I would recommend avoiding this agency if possible.

We recently sold two properties and bought one bigger one through Property Link. All went through on time without delay. Wendy and Gemma were amazing throughout. They took the stress out of our complicated triple sales and purchase. Thanks girls! Would thoroughly recommend:)

These are brilliant real estate agents. Have been dealing with Wendy and Suzanne. They know the market really well and helped sell my house in Armagh City. They ensured the highest price was achieved during marketing/bidding and kept in regular contact with me throughout the entire sale process (from when offer was accepted through to completion - which occurred last week). Really grateful - thank you!!!!
