Amazing service, Couldn't have asked for more Chris was brilliant always available to answer my questions and even took a viewing on a sunday which led to our house sale ! If we ever moved again i would 100% use Chris i would reccomend him to anyone! Chris at Gothic Estates was a fantastic agent in selling our house. The pictures and video taken for the listing were of a very high standard and we got several viewings very quickly. Chris was very responsive and friendly in all telephone or in person communications keeping us fully informed throughout the selling process. Chris Malins at Gothic Estates was fantastic when we purchased our house in Arlesey earlier this year. Arranged the viewing at very short notice and was always on hand for advice and information. I loved the video tour on their house listings too, so much better than just pictures alone as you get a much better idea of the properties before asking to view. They were more helpful than all the solicitors, and always got back to us quickly. He did everything he could to get everything moving smoothly during a tricky process - which was very much appreciated considering how stressful buying a house is. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gothic Estates, and would definitely use them if we were to ever move again. Chris is by far the best estate agent we have ever used; we would recommend him to anyone. He really knows the business, knows how to sell and provides excellent customer service. Our previous agent had the property a year with 82 viewings! We put the house with Chris and sold on our second viewing within 2 weeks! The lowest local rate, fantastic pictures, free professional video, helpful and knowledgeable. Chris takes time to ensure that buyers have the right information before they view, spends time with the prospective purchasers in viewings and keeps you informed of progress every step of the way, helpful and approachable, no estate agent speak! I recently had an unfortunate experience with Gothic Estate Agents, specifically with Chris, the estate agent. I found him to be very rude and unprofessional during our interaction over the telephone. His dismissive attitude made it very clear that he was not interested in assisting me with my property inquiries. This lack of professionalism is disappointing and has ultimately led me to reconsider my interest in the properties they represent. It’s a shame, as I was a potential customer looking for a new home, but this experience has left a negative impression. I hope Chris thinks twice before being extremely rude again to another customer this could potentially lead you to losing more customers I hope gothic estate agents address these issues to improve their service. Chris I don’t appreciate you constantly deleting my review. Reviews are for those wanting to see or write a review about a company and I definitely would not recommend your Estate agents.
