We used Victoria Mortgage and Property to sell our house and buy our new home, and were really pleased with how fast and smoothly the whole process was, and how reassuring Tamara was throughout! They were both really approachable and answered any questions we had at any time. Their knowledge of the local market and online presence is also excellent, too! GoogleSuperb, efficient, and professional service from start to finish when selling our house in January 2024. Tamara was very easy to deal with and provided us with sound advice regarding the presentation, value, suggested timings, and inevitably the final sale. VM&P also use some great vendors for photographs, drone footage, and the home report, all of whom were very friendly and produced outstanding work - the photos and video footage in particular were excellent and i've no doubt contributed to the quick sale. GoogleA wonderful and personable service provided by Ross and Tamara. I used them for selling, purchasing and remortgaging and they made the process so much simpler and less stressful. It was great being able to have a one-stop shop throughout the moving process. Their knowledge and expertise resulted in us being able to sell significantly above market value, whilst getting a great deal on our new home. They always made themselves available and nothing was too great an ask for them. GoogleWe used VMPS in the summer of 2025 to sell a property. They were friendly, knowledgeable, marketed the property beautifully and we obtained full sale price within 2 or 3 weeks. We will have no hesitation in using them again in spring 2026 to sell another house - highly recommended.

Literally took care of every aspect of a very stressful process, kept us informed every step of the way, and the photographs taken of our house for selling were so good we almost ended up staying!!
