Googlefinding a new home is very daunting and moving is beyond stressful, but the reassurance and advice offered by Larry was outstanding. He has been so kind, professional and gone out of his way throughout my tenancy. I couldn't recommend this firm enough and would hands on heart say that out of all the years of renting, Larry has made this the easiest yet. I would advise anyone to go through McAllister Estate Agents if they are looking for a new home. The contractors are also the friendliest and will go above and beyond if you have any questions or queries and nothing is too much hassle, even if there isn't anything wrong. I can't speak highly enough, definitely made my experience moving easier. Thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleLarry and his staff were excellent from start to completion. He knows the areas and the housing market so well which really shines through when talking with him. Offered very good advice on all aspects of the sale of my house from how best it would look inside from a buyers point of view to helping me with solicitor advice. I would recommend Larry wholeheartedly if you want that personal experience which really makes you feel important as a customer whether your house is on the lower or higher end you will receive the same service. Thanks again for everything !

GoogleMy mother recently had a negative experience with, Larry who threatened her with legal action simply for being open, honest, and transparent about her concerns. She has never felt so belittled and disrespected by someone in a professional setting in her life. As a result of this encounter, I cannot in good conscience recommend this agency to others. I hope that in the future, you will treat clients with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
Thank you for the review Peter. At McAllister Estate Agents I welcome all feedback, good and bad, however on this occasion your mother left a review which was inaccurate and in my opinion defamatory. On that basis, I requested that it be removed. You are welcome to call me or meet in the office if you wish to discuss the matter further. Regards, Larry.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS! I was going to rent a property and was NOT TOLD of the CREDIT CHECK they REQUIRED please be AWARE. Larry took my deposit and said I was moving in. Then changed his mind and sent my deposit back. This meant on their application it did not mention this. When I asked him he was aggressive Don't come here to rent a property. Not an honest man to do business with.
Hi, We do not comment in the public domain about individual applications however at no time was I aggressive. We communicated by email and I explained to you why your application was unsuccessful. Your deposit was returned in full and promptly. The threat of not leaving a review if you were awarded the property is not how I do business. Best wishes for the future. Larry.
