GoogleWe just bought a house with Mayfair and Morgan. Rachel met us on a day the office was meant to be closed to show us the house! 🏠 We couldn’t be happier with our new home and Rachel made it a very easy process. Viewed on the 17th March and in the house and all. Thank you to Rachel and the team for excellent communication and great customer service x

GoogleShocking and very unprofessional! Months after leaving this honest review of my experience with Mayfair and Morgan who claimed in reply below that they had no record of who I was a text message was sent to my personal phone! I was asked to remove my review, when I replied saying my review was an honest opinion and I stand by it, asking to be left alone I received a further text message from Kerry threatening legal action!! Over a 4 word honest review??? Stinks of unprofessional behaviour! Luckily I am aware of what can be seen as liable and what cannot! I believe that many more people have been bullied into removing negative reviews! I suggest this business focus more on professionalism and less on bully tactics! Then the review's may be more positive!

GoogleAvoid if you actually want to sell your property! My wife tried twice to arrange a viewing, been three weeks and still not heard back. Within that time our own property was viewed well over a dozen times, went sale agreed and we’ve another bought. The house in question is still on the market. Would suggest the venders move to any other agent but them!

GoogleMy partner and I rented a lovely property from M&M, the landlord lived overseas so the estate agent handled repairs and issues within the house. Everything was sorted quickly and they were very responsive with issues. Good service and friendly agents.

GoogleWe had been put out of our last house as the landlord went bankrupt. We went to Mayfair and Morgan who were absolutely brilliant. They got us the house we are in now. Each one of them Karen, Christine, Kerry and David definitely know their job. They always have the time for you and really care about their Tennants. Any problems are dealt with quickly and professionally. They are great and have been there the whole way through this pandemic. We have been in this house just over a year now. GoogleCouldn't get a hold of them by phone and I looked for a property that they had up for let only for the website to say the property didn't exist when I did ring I got a muffled message from some woman about an email address if you wanted to make a complaint ☹️

GoogleUnprofessional. Mean. Showed me around a property that looked like it was from a horror film. Concrete coming up through the floorboards. When I asked if it was being repaired the girl told me no, just put furniture over it. I asked were the walls being painted as there was black stuff running down them and told me no, the owner left you some paint to do them. Don't even do you the courtesy of telling you if your application is successful, you find out yourself on the website when the property is let. They also don't seem to like anyone on benefits.

GoogleMust be one of the worst experiences of my life dealing with East Antrim property. As a tenant of one of their properties I would recommend that you stay well away from this company. There are plenty of good other estate agents in Antrim which i will be moving to when my lease is up. I love the house i am renting at the moment but this company has constantly made life difficult for me. They are very rude when dealing with you and tend to blame you for any problems you have like the gas packing up. Also they are very fond of hanging the phone up on you. STAY WELL CLEAR !!!!!!! Lawrence- Antrim.

GoogleTried to rent a house through this company and somehow, me asking for details of the agreement before I gave the deposit made me out to be 'difficult' I am totally bemused by the conversation I have just had with them, that actually finished in them hanging up! I want to see the deal before parting with any of my money. I didnt want to sign the contract, just see the details. Surely there are better and easier rental companies to work and deal with in the borough!

GoogleI have to say the ladies at East Antrim Property Sales go all out for their clients, they are very helpful and have never let me down when it comes to renting a property. For such a small team they are very efficient and complete within a few days of viewing.
