FacebookThe people here in Country Estates (Antrim Branch) are absolutely top class, they made an awkward purchase 100x more bearable! Claire Backus went above and beyond her role with constant updates and information, not to mention giving me peace of mind! If Claire wasnβt there then it was Nicole or Suzanne providing the same service, they took care of my partner and I as if they were the ones buying the house! I honestly could not recommend them more. Also thanks to Liam who gave us a tour of our house & a few others he was clear, direct & helpful when it came to purchasing as first time buyers this was a lot to process as you can imagine and his advice was taken on board. Once again thank you all at Country Estates Antrim from myself and my partner!

We moved to NI after a long period abroad and Country Estates were Extremely helpful, first in finding us rented accommodation, then in connecting us with a mortgage advisor, and after this, in helping us buy a house of our own. Throughout, Becky and Scott in Galgorm were fantastically helpful, very attentive, trustworthy and professional. I cannot recommend CE highly enough. Buying a house is a key moment in life and Country Estates are professionals that you can rely on to go the extra mile. I absolutely recommend them!

FacebookThese guys are as good as it gets. From the first phonecall to eventually moving 6 months later due to a delay for covid, country estates are top of the class. They sold our house within a week. Always only a phonecall away if we needed anything at all and we never felt it was an imposition. They were in constant touch with updates for us even though we were clients for a lot longer than we should have been through no fault of country estates. There is no other estate agent we'd recommend more highly. Thanks to Lowden, Jonny, Shannon and Lisa in Antrim for their amazing work and professionalism from start to finish. They made the whole process easy for us. Can't thank them enough. 10/10π

FacebookLisa was the estate agent who I liaised with during my first home purchase. She was AMAZING! Lisa kept me up to date with any progress and genuinely kept me sane throughout the process. I could not recommend her enough! Country estates were a DREAM to buy through and I would 100% recommend them to anyone, either purchasing or selling their home! He then came back and took some brilliant, quality photos of the property for us. High praise for Lisa who went above and beyond to get the sale over the line. I mean she rang everyone she could to keep the whole thing going. We were selling our property to buy another house and without her I have no doubt it wouldn't have happened. She even phoned us on completion day while she was on annual leave to check in and make sure it went off without a hitch. Aaron we didn't haven't forgotten you and all the negotiating you done for us. Your communication skills were top notch. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for everything you have done.β€οΈ

FacebookAbsolutely first class service provided by Stephen Johnson and Country Estates in selling my property. Stephen was very educated on the property market and house valuations when others were telling me my property was worth less. He said those prices were too low and gave me the correct figure to ask for. He kept me updated and informed at all times on progress during what was a challenging time with COVID-19 and it was a smooth sales process whereby I received Stephens suggested asking price within one week of the house being put up for sale. Thank you again for all your help. Canβt recommend Stephen any more and he would definitely be the person I would go to if selling again.

We have had such an easy moving process thanks to all the help and support from the staff, especially Louden and Lisa who were invaluable in getting our house sold. We have been so well looked after the whole way through our sale and purchase. Lisa gave us such a personal service and answered every query along the way and was great at communicating all aspects of the move between us, our builder and the solicitors. I know the experience would have been a lot more stressful had Lisa not been our point of contact throughout the move! Itβs been lovely to have a few calls after the move too to make sure everything was going well which is just a lovely personal touch! I have and always would recommend Country Estates to anyone buying or selling.

Then through completion Lisa was great. She answered all our questions and was very friendly and approachable throughout. I would recommend this estate agent; all the staff are very friendly and I would like to say a big thank you to Lisa and all of the team.

FacebookI recently sold my house through the Antrim branch. All staff were very professional and friendly. Any questions I had were quickly and effectively answered. The team kept in constant communication with me and kept me updated. Any member of staff I talked to were very knowledgable. My Phone calls were always answered as were my emails. I could not recommend the Antrim branch enough.
