Oz was absolutely brilliant from the moment we met til the day we handed over the keys. Always answered any email or calls within a day (even when he was on holiday). Ewe move will always be a first choice if we are to move again and we will always refer them to a friend who is moving. To finish off the sale we was handed a bottle of prosecco which was a lovely touch. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!***

I recently bought my new home through Oz at EweMove. Oz was available everyday throughout the process to call and text and would respond outside of average working hours which was fantastic for communication, he made sure to inform me of any changes and movements during the process of the move which was great. After inheriting our parents' home, my sister and I set about choosing an estate agent to put it on the market. We had four agents come round, but only one stood out from the rest. That one was Oz Billings from EweMove. The other three agents seemed to have a set script almost robotised, also inflexible with their viewing times. We decided to go with EweMove in Anston. We felt instantly at ease with their representative Oz Billings. He gave us confidence with his knowledge and friendly manner. During the sales process, he was always on the ball, constantly giving us updates on how the process was going, day or night! Oz came up trumps on a professional but personal and friendly level. He is a credit to EweMove. Our sale went through although there were problems with our buyers' solicitors. Oz was even instrumental in helping to sort that out too. Many Thanks to Oz for making the process a little easier. Oz kept in touch sending me reports each week to let me know how much my house was been viewed online. A very stressful time was made much easier with Oz helping us sell and buy a new house. From the first meeting he was very informative about the process of selling a house and the onward purchase procedure and he continued to work hard, giving regular feedback and check ins for the duration of the sale. Oz Billings at Ewemove in North Anston renewed my faith in Estate Agents. He gave what I thought was an optimistic valuation and almost got it. Oz accompanied every viewing and not only sold the house on its merits but sold it on its potential for improvement at minimal cost. Every email to him was answered within 24hrs, sometimes overnight The man never sleeps. I was kept up to date with progress and, having moved over 100 miles away he promptly responded to every query and request from me. Even having sold the house, he was constantly pushing for progress to completion. I wish I had his energy. Having seen the attitude of some estate agents whilst looking for another house, Oz was a breath of fresh air. Can't recommend him enough.

We used Oz to sell our house and although he wasn't the cheapest on the market his knowledge and expertise was worth the price and id pay it twice over if needed! He sold our house in under a month and when a sale unfortunately fell through he was straight back at it and sold our house in two days! The photos he took of my house were amazing, seriously, I couldn't hardly recognize it, but in a good way. He had lots of good tips and i'm sure all his contributions combined were the reason my house sold quickly. Having not moved house in a while, he helped me through every step of the way, explaining everything and answering any questions promptly. All for a really good price too! I shopped around at first to compare costs, they appeared to be the best, and then once I had met Oz I felt confident I was in good hands and the decision became a no-brainer. Oz is the most attentive estate agent you will meet. He took care of everything from valuation, arranging and completing viewings and keeping us up to date. We sold our house within a month. Unfortunately the sale fell through due to the first people in the chain, we were in danger of losing the house we had bought. However, Oz worked tirelessly using all his contacts to find us another buyer, within a fortnight we’d sold again. During the moving process everyone in the chain wanted to be in before Christmas leaving only 6 weeks. Again Oz worked his magic, contacting others in the chain, pushing the buyers and even giving us great advice about solicitors. House selling and buying is known to be the most stressful experience after divorce but honestly not with Oz on your side. It was plain sailing. Thank you Oz we couldn’t have done it without you. When we move again we’ll be calling 😄
