Called them about a property and was told I’d be contacted the next day but never heard anything back.

Worst customer service ever! Complain about a problem with back door and take months and still is not fixed. Have a hole in door big enough for my foot to fit through, perfect for winter weather with a disabled person living in the house (require house to be warm due to artificial joints)
