My daughter has a lovely house much more suited to her needs. It's all so nice and new in the area.

Poor quality build of houses and I know a couple of builders currently working on the site and they confirmed some fellow employees are not qualified properly, and use fake trade cards etc., that is why standards poor. The houses also look just like standard council houses, nothing special. Architect must have had an off week or two when creating the designs/plans of the houses. One block of houses just looks like a basic tenement block with no features in anyway, quite shocking to say the least. Some of the dodgy areas in whitfield have better looking house/tenement designs.

Very bad quality, blame the trades, really bad workmanship, site agent obviously hopeless if you ask me

Getting well built but the houses are very plain, rendered walls and a few with tiny garages that few modern cars will fit into.
Still working on 1960s car sizes.
