David and Alexis were beyond EXCELLENT when selling our house - on market 3 days and 2 viewings later we were under offer! David explained painstakingly the whole process through with us and was available on the phone 24/7 to answer any queries or concerns we had with the process - helping and advising us on Solicitors, forms etc. Alexis was a calming influence on me in particular when I got stressed and was very informed on the local market. Have recommended MM to everyone I know!!! As and when we move again they will be our first port of call!

This is the 2nd time we have used Myddelton & Major to sell a property and each time the support and service has been excellent. During our most recent sale, Alexis was a great support and hugely calming influence ensuring that we were kept up to date with timings and actions whilst 'gently' prodding people further down the chain to keep things moving. We would most definitely reccomend Myddelton & Major and if we ever come to sell again would use them without a 2nd thought.

The team, lead by David Smith, provided considered, honest and sound advice throughout. They were available and responsive for me and purchasers. David negotiated the first deal cajoling the vendor, a local land owner and he knows most of them, over many months of dedicated work. His subsequent knowledge of potential buyers led to guide price offers for our house in a couple of weeks, all off market, which was a great relief. He questioned, prompted and encouraged all of us to keep the process flowing, using his considerable experience to head off any hitches. Above all a highly professional service: honest, approachable and energetic. I recommend them strongly.
