GoogleWe had a great experience with the team at Karen Sykes lettings, especially Sharon. We rented a property for 6.5 years through them.
Any questions were answered immediately, any issues were resolved very quickly. Everyone we dealt with was professional and kind. Unfortunately, when our landlord decided to sell the house, the team didn't have anything that suited our needs. If they had we would have definitely stayed with them.
We had no issues at all and I would highly recommend them.

Everything went well until the end of contract, when they abusively twisted the words in the contract and wanted to take nearly half of my deposit to pay professional cleaning and gardening company on my behalf, even though I left the house in a very good cleaning condition after cleaning it thoroughly myself. I didn’t approved for that and luckily I had a video to prove them wrong. Never before happened that with any other agency. Please beware and read carefully the contract for abusive clauses. Nobody should forcedly hire professionals for you to pay. Beware please.

GooglePlease avoid this lettings agency as a tenant, unless you are prepared to pay for all the additional expenses not included in already sky rocket rental rates. They are only good for the landlord as they will get every penny out of you. Also be carful as they use the same company that does their inventory report to then do gardening etc obviously questionable integrity their.

The check out report noted cleaning issues as the property was not left in a clean condition, as per the Inventory you were checked in on. You disputed the deductions for cleaning at the end of the tenancy. This was dealt with by the independent deposit adjudicator and you have been notified of their final decision.
