Couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating with our rental property. We had to travel 5 hours to the area and Sarah ensured all the paperwork and keys were ready for collection on time as she was aware the removals van was under a tight schedule and we required access quickly. All correspondence and questions were dealt with as priority and urgency to allow a hassle free move. I could recommend Sarah and the team more highly.

Where do I start, my young family have moved 4 time in two years because of these money grubbing bast###s, moved into the first house, landlord went bankrupt in less than year , we moved into second house which seemed ok but two months down the line and £3,000 of property destroyed including baby toys, by woodworm or damp which we were assured was one the previous tenants fault and that they sorted it,turned out to be a problem with the house structure. ( If you reading this cause you considering 80 Dyffryn Road which I know is back on market stay away the house is health hazard) we then move again to a nice house but what they didn't tell us after all these problems this was that this was a stop gap for landlord who was gonna take back the house after 6 months, we now find ourselves homeless, savings gone and relying on our amazing social housing system. Thank you Mallards not.

Doesn’t know the facts about the houses they’re selling. Lost money finding out a house we had an offer accepted on is under possessory title and on a private road. Two things we didn’t want and questions we asked at the viewing Topped off by driving past one day noticing new scaffolding on the house. Following a phone call to the estate agents asking what’s going on, they lied and told us the house owners are just putting cladding up as decoration. Turns out after visiting the homeowners to find out the truth, they had a huge leak in the gable wall and were putting cladding over the brick wall, effectively like a plaster. Overall a bad experience with Mallard.

Awful customer service! Rude and impolite. Strung us along for months with a property and then decided to give to another applicant. Claimed they did not receive references which we have proof they did. Impersonal emails no Dear or Hi. I suggest the staff need a complete overhaul and training. Overprice their properties, we found exactly the same property in the same estate for £100 cheaper. One of their staff members looked me up on facebook which is completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!

Mallard Ammanford branch - Incompetent and very unprofessional! They don't seem to care about vendors or buyers, had awful experiences with them! We put an offer in a property a few months back they emailed to say great news the vendor accepted our offer, Dawn also stated "I am so pleased for you all" and within hours were told they contacted someone else that had put a lower offer in the property previously explaining that we were successful to get them to up their offer which they did and we didn't get the house! After stating they were so pleased for us all. They didn't even allow a day to get our prove of funds together but we had exchanged all other information needed. Corrupt estate agents who lack basic language and people skills. Provide very poor customer service, do not use unless you want to waste your time and money.NegativeProfessionalism, Value

They have lies to us about the other buyer made an offer more than us and asking us if we could make any more offer than £83,000 and we let it go. Few months by, I looked at the house price history and we were shocked that the property that they sold for £81,000! So beware of Mallard Estate Agents, Ammanford.
