FacebookJust an awful agency! Was buying a property at Belton woodhouse listed for next to the million mark, that ended up having black mould run down mess, property ownership came back on searches the seller didn’t own, some of the property they listed as “residential useage” came back as restrictions to not being allowed, just an awful agency! Doncaster branch over value property by not having to put paint to walls, the place was disgusting 🤮 (Belton woodhouse)

FacebookUtterly overvalued. They over market property to a silly standard, magically gets sold via word of mouth, a problem pops up falls through due to their incorrect listing and the property’s rural scene STC/ “sell” end up with another estate agent for reasonable prices 😂 wouldn’t recommend this company. There attitude is lazy fantasy and overpriced
