Disappointed by this Tim. You know I returned your call but you hadn't listened to your voicemail. You also came back to us after we had arranged a previous sale a year before after being happy with our service. The fee reduction you wanted wasn't warranted, hence our directors response to you. We achieved a great result for you twice over. It is interesting that you also complained about two other reputable local agents.
