GoogleWe are in the process of renting a property through Avon Lettings. We’ve owned and rented a few times in our lives - it’s safe to say Avon have been the best agency we have ever engaged with. Kelli, Lin and Valerie are super efficient, very professional whilst being friendly and the process has been completely painless including referencing and agreeing a few bits and pieces with the landlord prior to move in. We highly recommend!

GoogleI think they are an outstanding letting agency, the reference process didn't take long, they have been very accomodating for viewings and for the date and time to receive the keys, when I phoned, seen or wrote to them they have always been friendly and professional and the property we are going to rent with them is really well kept! Cannot recommend enough!

GoogleI recently rented a property through Avon and they were excellent. The check in process was thorough, efficient and fast. They helped me look after the property when I had some maintenance issues and the repairs were very fast. I also received all of my deposit back. I would highly recommend them!!!

GoogleRented a property through Avon lettings. Always so helpful and quick to respond to any issues. Arranged for my deposit to be returned to me really quickly and didn't do as some agents do and try to charge for as much as possible. Great company
