FacebookI chose Kingshills after numerous recommendations and finding them the most thorough of the 3 agents I requested valuations from. They promised me excellent service which I did not receive. Issues included having to request a For Sale board as one was not erected for the first few days, and I continued to chase throughout the second week. I was promised weekly market reports and phone calls from James, and neither were received with any regularity. Most disappointing was the fact that 75% of viewings either did not turn up, cancelled last minute or phoned to reschedule and never did. This left me with just 5 viewings, which I had to chase feedback for several times. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service that I received from Kingshills, topped off by having to request my key back and the listing removal almost a week after the contract ended. I could not with any good faith recommend Kingshills to anyone after my experience.

FacebookThis is our third move in 10 years & the previous two, had been fraught, full of being let down on viewings, fed false information & confusing timelines. But this recent home sale has been so much better & it really is all down to Kingshills. From the moment we met Stephen, he took so much of the worry away - he knows the area, he appreciates what works for you as a customer & he does what he says. Stephen, alongside with Katie, truly showed expertise of the process, amazing care to us as a family, they looked after us, were available around the clock (& I really mean that!), reassured, clarified & delivered on everything. FacebookI have recently moved the rental management of my property to Kingshills following an extremely difficult experience with a previous tenant. To say I was a blubbering wreck the first time James Charlton from the lettings team met me is an understatement! I don’t believe in knights in shining armour but if ever there was one, it would be him. From day one James has made me feel like his priority. I’m sure he has numerous properties to manage but he has always been available for me to cry/moan/stress to and has done so in an understanding and sympathetic way. He has gone above and beyond to get my property ready to re-market; I believe he was even round there with a Hoover himself the night before my new tenant moved in! This has been a difficult time for us all with lockdown, and given I live a good distance from my property and have been unable to travel there, the help and support James has provided has been invaluable. I can not recommend Kingshills more highly; thank you for picking me up when I was down, reassuring me at every step that things were going to be ok, working tirelessly to help get my property back to a marketable condition and also for making me laugh when all I wanted to do was cry! It’s tough being a landlord but it’s made so much easier when you can have confidence that the team managing your property are doing so professionally and with your best interests at heart 😊

FacebookI have been renting for over 12 years now, with around 10 different estate agents/landlords, and I can honestly say that James from Kingshills has provided the best rental experience that I have ever received. So thank you very much! My expectations have not just been met, but have been exceeded. James takes the time to really get to know tennants on a personal level & has been polite, professional & friendly throughout. He has gone above & beyond to sort any issues out quickly & efficiently, replying at all hours of the day & keeping me updated along the way. I even received a moving in box & card welcoming me into my new home with a few snacks & useful moving in items, which was a lovely unexpected surprise.
And Kingshills let the electricity & water providers know that I had moved in, to save me the hassle of doing that myself. Something no other rental accommodation has ever done for me. Great to have two less things on the to do list to do when moving!
