Ours was a complex case but Ian & Denise’s support made every step hassle-free and resulted in an outcome that was best for all. GoogleJohn Nash was the estate agent managing the purchase of our new home. We’re first time buyers and John Nash have been brilliant in helping us, guiding us, advising us and basically holding our hands throughout the whole process. We’ve requested numerous amounts of extra viewings over weekends, and they always accommodated with no issues. Ian, Laura and Denise have been a HUGE help to us, and have made what is a stressful exercise that bit easier and bit nicer, for which we are very grateful. When the time comes for us to sell, it will be John Nash we go to. There’s a very genuine and kind feeling and atmosphere with this Estate Agents, which after viewing many different properties with many different agencies, we’ve quickly come to learn is a rare find. A huge thank you from us to the team.

GoogleCalled them to learn more about a property I was interested in. The operator was cold and dismissive and said more information would be available the following week, which didn’t happen. They missed on a deal but frankly after reading other reviews I realised I dodged a bullet.

GoogleWe've been tenants with John Nash for over 2 years. It's been very smooth, any issues (repairs etc) have always been dealt with promptly. Now we've just bought our house through them and they made the sales process go without a hitch liaising with solicitors and seller and updating as and when needed. It's been great working with their lovely team!

GoogleI am having real a bad experience with this agency and will never recommend it to any one. They do not act promptly on any issues reported even if related to health and safety of the tenants. They do not respond to emails for weeks and take a lot of followup for response and take ages for any repairs. Moreover, they try all the tactics to make deductions from the tenant deposit and make up nonsense reasons and do not give any justification or evidence for that. I had to wait for 6 weeks to even get a response on my deposit refund and they made unjustifiable claims on deposit which I need to fight with them through Deposit Protection Adjudicator. Also, I am pursuing a complaint with them and the The Property Ombudsman for their unprofessionalism and not taking prompt action on health and safety issues for tenants. Not recommended at all. :(

I rented a property with John Nash for around 18 months, and they have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I can only assume that they are completely uninterested in appeasing their tenants. The lettings manager for John Nash, who unfortunately we generally have to deal with is, rude, uninterested, arrogant and you frankly feel she is looking down at you when you ring her, she enjoys the position of power. I highly recommend you think twice before renting with this Estate Agents.

I rented a property with John Nash for a year, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Every single appliance in the property broke at one point or another, and at one point I had hot water problems for three weeks. Customer service was both ineffective and consistently rude (while I was trying to persuade them to sort out the hot water, they said that the hot water supply had been intermittent for two of those weeks and 'only' totally non-existent for one, so it wasn't urgent...that's OK, then!). Water often leaked into the property below, and John Nash did nothing to rectify this despite repeated requests. When I finally left, they tried to charge me a hefty check-out fee, which at that time hadn't been specified on any of the documentation they'd given me. I've lived in several rented properties before and since, and this has been the worst experience by far.

I fell in love with a property that they were selling in Grove Road, Amersham. It went to final offers and I have just discovered on Zoopla that it sold for £15k less than my final bid.I felt from the start that the agent had his own agenda and this does suggest that was right. Absolutely gutted.

GoogleAwful and unprofessional people, NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE, was waited for 35 minutes outside property to view and when call office they said coming, while they office are just Behind that property its takes Them 35 minute to reach. Also not clear advertisement and not even clear email instructions BEWARE WITH THIS ESTATE AGENT.

GoogleHad terrible experience with them when selling our property. Weirdly they seemed to have acted in the best interest of the buyer throughout the process, while as the seller we were paying their hefty commission. They repeatedly made excuses and unduly prolonged the sale completion time for the buyer's convenience. Very disappointed.
