The Amazing Sandra

I had a viewing in windmill road gillingham on saturday I was early for my appointment and greeted by sandra. I have had lots of viewings with other estate agents recently but sandra was def the best. Her professionalism was amazing she was very honest which is rare for most estate agents :) and she knew everything about each room before we stepped in it. Sandra's knowledge of the area was great regarding parking near by facilities. Clearly she did her research before the viewing. I feel she is a real credit to the company and everybody should learn from her how to conduct a viewing in a professional way. She should be the face of customer experience for the whole industry not just hunters. I understand this is a sales environment and results won't always reflect how good or valuable a person is but hunters def should invest in this one for long term as the old saying goes people buy from people. Thank you so much Sandra :)

My brother and I contacted Hunters recently in relation to a 6 bedroom detached house with extensive parking & gardens in Buntingford Hertfordshire. We arranged an appointment with their employee Laura. My brother and I were so impressed by Laura from our first meeting in relation to her knowledge of lettings. She proved herself to be highly efficient and courteous during the following week and arranged all the certification, photos & floor plans for the letting with the individual contractors and in addition to providing us with beautiful Client brochures posted it on Rightmove within a very short time scale. I would highly recommend Laura and Hunters.

Niral and Nikki are both fantastic. From the start Niral gave great advice and told us exactly what we could sell the house for and how to get it. They organised a great marketing plan and we had a choice of buyers. We were able to chose the best buyer who was in a position for a quick sale. Most importantly Niral worked tirelessly in making sure the sale went through chasing the solicitors up and down the chain to make sure things got done in a timely manner. By far the best estate agent we have ever used.

Niral Batavia constantly kept me informed of progress, chased solicitors and other estates agents along the chain, I never had to chase; unprecedented in my experience. My sister and I had arranged for three agents to value our mother’s property but were most impressed with Niral as he had obviously done a lot of research beforehand. He came across as very genuine and trustworthy. He gave us some very astute advice to empty the property before marketing it, which had not even occurred to us. To get that out of the way early in the process was very beneficial, particularly as we do not live in the area. Once a sale had been agreed, within a week of the house going on the market, he kept in regular contact with myself, our solicitors (recommended by him) and the buyer, which was very reassuring as we subsequently had the added complication of waiting for probate to come through before the sale could be completed. I would highly recommend using Hunters as both Niral and Nikki are highly professional individuals, extremely helpful and approachable.

I recently sold 3 houses with Hunters in Gateshead and I have to say Hunters did a job a great job for me. A couple of the sales were not straight forward but they managed to get the sales over the line and and showed great worth ethic and professionalism. Rob is always on the other side of the phone going the extra mile to help out. They also managed my rentals and did an amazing job finding me great tenants. I would give zero it i could. In disrepair for two years. Dont know were to start. Electics, mould, guttering, blocked toilets, firealarms. Dog poo on the floor when moving in. Overgrown ivy on the walls etc etc. im begging you dont rent from them. Fail to attend apointments etc

What to say, utterly unprofessional estate agent. Some properties are for sale in ivyhouse road that we like to view, seen it in Zoopla. And was told that property is sold couple of weeks ago, off hand. I am sure as an agent they have access to the account and very easy to put it STC, rather than making people running around.
