Inflated prices and lies

If you’re a buyer or a seller I’d avoid. They put properties on Right Move that are inflated in price, and then they say the vendor wants more money than the guide price. Sorry but if the vendor wants for example 350k for the house, do not put the price as 330k on Right Move, then start a non-existent bidding war. This has happened 3 times with this company, which makes me think it’s their terrible tactic.

Hunters. Kendal.Have no problem recommending this branch. Unfortunately lockdown got in the way. Launch was on Wednesdsy and lockdown Friday which restricted viewing. Kept me well informed as to who was viewing. When I did get a sale dealt with the buyer in no uncertain terms as he was trying to find lots of faults to drive down the price. He didn't succeed! Suzanne Jackson valued my property and was informative and good to deal with as were the rest of the staff in the office dealing with Kendal.

Hunters were a very professional and responsive estate agents during our first purchase. When originally viewing the property Nikki explained the process of how she would expect the property to be sold and made us feel comfortable when we were submitting our offer. Through the following stages Niral and Nikki were available to answer any questions we had and also made regular contact with the solicitors. We would recommend Hunters to anyone buying or selling a property.

North Somerset’s Best.

I’d just like to thank all the staff at Hunters in North Somerset, Yatton, Portishead and Nailsea offices. They have sold 2 Of our private houses for us in the past 3 Years, and one of our rental properties before that. All Were sold in a matter of days. Of the 2 recent sales the 1st one went through smoothly in 2 months. The second was not quite so good through no fault of Hunters I might add.2nd property sold the 1st day on the market but turned out the lady was telling porkies about her funding so she disappeared after 2 weeks🤬Another Confirmed buyer Within the same week and except for the obvious Covid delays, mainly being unable to sort removals, this time everything went as planned.Many thanks to Richard, Mandy and James for their excellent Professional service and I would strongly recommend Hunters to anyone thinking of selling in the North Somerset area. They know the market in this area so well and really go the extra mile for their clients.

I have recently purchased and sold a property with Hunters Amersham. I don’t normally leave reviews but felt I had to this time, as both the purchase and sale completed very smoothly during the lock down period. Both Nikki and Niral were always on hand to assist with the processes even during the unprecedented times with offices closed, solicitors working from home, and social distancing measures introduced at handover. They really did go the extra mile! They have to be the go to people in Amersham when looking to buy or sell as they understand the market better than anyone else I spoke to. So unprofessional

So unprofessional. Middlesbrough- Teesside Lettings branch cancelled my viewings on the same day just an hour before the appointment with a lame reason of not confirming it via an email when the appointments are usually confirmed by phones. Also no necessary information about the property was given a week ago while I booked the appointments but today after them sending me appointment cancellation emails. I had cancelled my plans for today as I had 2 appointments with them. Staff has no manners to talk to a client, the way of sending emails is so casual and informal. They offered me appointment for the next day when I specifically requested for an appointment for today itself a week ago. I just told them I don’t want to go ahead with such unprofessional company. Management needs some training so do the staff in dealing with the clients.

Dishonest, incompetent and terrible attitude

Should you choose this letting agents here are a few things you can expect as routine:1) Lying about the status of properties on the market and deliberately misleading all parties on the status of such properties.2) Arranging appointments to view properties that they don't even turn up to meet you at.3) Cocky, arrogant and sarcastic customer service. They really do not care AT ALL!Literally the worst letting agent you could ever choose to instruct. As you can see from the other reviews, dishonesty, incompetence and terrible staff attitudes are a feature. There is a reason for that. Be warned.

Don’t sell with hunters

If you are selling your property please avoid hunters, they charge an extortionate fee for buyers to provide ID when purchasing a property and use a 3rd party company to complete these checks, sadly that company are really poor and their app doesn’t work meaning the whole process of confirming who you are is near impossible despite having to do so to sell your own property.
