TrustpilotWe had so many issues
We had so many issues in our rented property and they never came and sorted them due to this we moved out. We had left our house in a very clean state and only the problems we had when we moved in had been left they tried to take our full bond off us and more. They are horrific and I wouldn’t recommend using them and I certainly won’t be ever again.

GoogleWe recently moved out of London and bought a house through Hunters in Amersham and found them extremely helpful and understanding to our needs and concerns. They were always good at keeping in communication and would respond quickly to any questions that we had. I made enquiries about a house for sale in grimsby , and received a basic could not care less email , it did not answer my question, and hastened to add they have no properties in the price range ,I WONDER WHY????very poor customer service , never again with grimsby branch . They could not even find time to put my name on emails. Thats twice in 6 months they have failed .

GoogleCan recommend Hunters without hesitation. They rescued us from very bad advice and a poor marketing campaign from another local Amersham agency, gave us advice, perspective and guidance that nobody else had seemed able to do, and within a few days had re-generated our sales campaign. A number of offers were received, in what seemed to be turning into a very tough market, and all parties involved were guided through to a successful exchange and completion.

It has not been an easy purchase and without Niral’s tireless commitment it may well have fallen at the first hurdle. He has put so much time and effort in to get the best outcome for all involved. GoogleI wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hunters In Amersham. They acted for us again recently in the sale of 3 detached houses in Amersham, selling them off plan. They were tireless in their efforts; proactive and professional in all their dealings both when liaising with us and prospective purchasers alike. Their very honest advice and guidance is invaluable. Niral and Nikki are both excellent communicators and fully understand the fluctuating property market and trends.

People be alert avoid at all cost like covid. Do not deal with the bradford shipley branch previously Bentleys. Dishonest timewasters that just do not care. They lie and cheat to impress for their own gain. Mis advice vendors to sell to buyers who are friends/associates. Dont waste your time and emotions I did. Wish I and vendors had checked the previous reviews would not have wasted time and money.

I enquired about a house and have been added illegally to a mailing list. I complained and asked to be removed twice, was told they never added me (though the emails added me 1 day after my 1 ever enquiry to this company) and they have yet to remove me. Companies like this should not be trusted, they are taking your data and will spam you !

It is a real shame when ideal opportunity to acquire a family home is missed due to errors made by an estate agent. It later transpires that vendor accepted a lower offer for the sale of his property. The real questions are; what was the cause of those errors? were they really errors? why was the lower offer accepted and higher offer rejected?

No interest in trying to listen, talks over you and doesn’t give any info about property - sadly with current housing market the estate agencies can afford to be disgusting and behave unprofessional and get away with it. Avoid using them to sell
