GoogleWe found Chancellors easy to deal with, very helpful and flexible throughout the sale and purchase process. Our contact was mainly with Kate and also with Helen, both of them a pleasure to deal with. Even at short notice, they always did their best to accommodate our requests. My opinion of Estate Agents has certainly soared since our experience with them - thank you Kate, thank you Helen!

GoogleWow! What amazing customer service I received! Being a first time buyer I was pretty clueless and as soon as I stepped into your Amersham office I was put immediately at ease. A lovely lady called Lizzi registered my details and really took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for. I was even offered a no obligation appointment from their in house financial advisor. I didn't need one but thought it was fantastic to be offered one. Lizzi also introduced me to her Manager Helen who took the time to explain a bit about the property market and answered some questions I had. She was very knowledgable and reassured me that should I find a suitable property with them I would be in excellent hands!!

GoogleMy contact was largely with Matthew Olive and Helen Boyd who were helpful and professional each time. It is not easy collating information from the various parties involved and they managed to answer questions and convey messages as promptly as possible. I was particularly inpressed with their understanding of our need to know what was happening by returning calls even if information was scant at that time. I would recommend Chancellors and would use them again if/when we need to find another property.

GoogleI recently sold my flat with Chancellors. I can highly recommend the efficiency and professionalism of the whole of the Amersham branch. I would particularly like to mention Matt Olive who was absolutely superb at all stages. He was always prompt and proactive with anything that needed to be done, helping to secure the best possible price for the property and a quick exchange. Having experienced other companies in the past, there really is no comparison and, whether buying or selling, I believe that Chancellors are easily the most modern, efficient and reliable agents around. I would highly recommend this company.

GoogleMy family and I are selling a property on behalf of our mother who is in a Care Home and we have found everyone at Chancellors to be very helpful and supportive. Very easy people to talk to, found us a buyer very quickly and even managed to find us a second offer when the people making the initial approach dropped out. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Estate Agency to anyone I knew.
