Having joined Duo in July 2022, I've really enjoyed our office space in the WorkSmart Hub on Victoria Street. Bizarrely, I worked in the building next door from 2006-2010 and watch Garden Place being built. The location is ideal as it's just a hop, skip and a jump from Altrincham town centre. Altrincham is buzzing at the moment so it's a fun place to be with the market and local independents opening up (I recommend MOST Bakery by the way) The offices are smart, clean and well organised. The other tenants are really great too which boosts the atmosphere. The 24/7 access makes it much better than some places that shut up at 6pm. The owner, Carla, is really helpful and friendly. She jumps on any issue immediately as well.

WorkSmart comes with a fantastic location, right in the centre (perfect for grabbing lunch/coffee), super fast internet, a warm and professional setting (the whole office really is a joy to be in), fantastic office equipment (desks/chairs), it’s always spotless/super clean and Carla is extremely helpful and accommodating. The only reason I’m moving on is based on a full re-location else I’d have stayed here for good.. it genuinely is a shame to give up the office I had here, which I’ve spent most days 7am-7pm in (including a lot of weekends) as it’s always felt like a fantastic place to work. Would strongly, strongly recommend.

Great feedback about the venue and comestibles from 5 happy executives! Would definitely recommend it and return again. They said it was the perfect room for 5/6 people, all facilities worked, the food was excellent and Carla was really helpful, so thanks for that, it really makes the difference. I book an ad hoc office with Carla and the WorkSmart team for myself and my colleague, sometimes weekly and sometimes a few weeks apart. They really can’t do enough for you. The vibe is always friendly and welcoming, and the space has everything you need for an efficient office setup. It’s a private workspace while still being right in the heart of Altrincham. I love these offices and couldn’t recommend them enough.

Great location - we used it for our first few days in Altrincham before our offices at daysout.com were ready. Carla was hugely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Great space, really light and bright, super fast wifi, nice kitchen with tea and coffee, easily booking, less than a 5 minute walk to get lunch with loads of great cafes, shops and restaurants. I phoned this company because we needed details of a company that was using their Virtual Office service. The male individual who answered was exceptionally abrupt and unhelpful and hung up. If this is the standard of their service, and the nature of the people they employ, I would personally give them a wide berth , and look elsewhere. There are ways of dealing with enquiries and these people seem to lack even common courtesy. The "Response from the Owner" below is untrue. I was never informed about Data Protection issues, but was told that the client I was enquiring about was no longer using their services, but am now told another reason. I won't waste any more time , but leave this review because I am not used to dealing with ignorant rude individuals when conducting business enquiries.

Firstly I think a shout out is due to Carla, owner, office manager, interior designer & host extraordinaire to name but a few things. Since we moved in she has been so accommodating and having this space really makes us want to get up and into the office, especially after 18m of home working. We viewed lots of spaces but never quite found the right one where we knew entertaining clients, staff & partners would have the same impression. When we noticed Victoria street come up we jumped straight on a viewing and signed the next day.
