GoogleJen and the team are fantastic. When we viewed properties in the past with them they were knowledgeable and helpful so they were top of our list to approach when it came to selling our house. Of the valuations we had conducted they were the only agents to follow-up and they gave great advice throughout our sale proceedings. They helped in getting us a great offer and chased the chain to ensure we got the sale over the line in good time. I couldn't recommend them enough.

GoogleWe recently purchased a house with Jameson and Partners. From the initial house viewing to receiving the keys we had a thoroughly pleasant experience. Every member of the team went above and beyond to support us through the process and ensured that our purchase moved along smoothly and in a timely manner. Communication was excellent with prompt replies throughout. We will absolutely be using Jameson again in the future and couldn’t recommend them more. Jennifer and her team are highly professional and give a great level of support. We have always been able to get hold of someone for advice and this has given us confidence in dealing with the issues that inevitably arise when renting property. Most importantly, they will act in their client's best interest and they have maintained their personal approach as the business has grown. GoogleI have had experience in both letting and selling with Jameson and Partners, and cannot recommend them enough. Jen, Nat, Sam and Anna all showed exceptional levels of professionalism throughout, whilst remaining friendly and approachable. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process. Firstly, the service they provide is exceptional. From a lettings perspective, they were able to find me a selection of tenants very quickly - and were able to guide me through the process of letting my property out, even when I had to relocate away from the area. They dealt with all of the tenants' needs promptly, and I felt as though I was kept informed at all points, which I greatly appreciated. They went above and beyond to advise me on various points, and to answer all of my questions. From a sales perspective, the sale of my property was not simple (for reasons outside of J&P's control). I was seriously impressed by their commitment to the sale, and that even after the sale was secured, the level of service did not in any way drop off. Jameson and Partners were indefatigable in their chasing of solicitors, etc to help the sale to complete. I will not hesitate to use Jameson and Partners again, for letting or sales, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone in the area - truly five-star agents.

They communicate well, they were attentive, friendly, on the ball, and they went above and beyond by getting involved with all aspects of the process. Although difficulties arose due to a previous tenant not moving out on the agreed date which delayed our move in, Katrina helped us in every way she could, was extremely commutative and very responsive to any queries we had. Although the move in was delayed, Katrina worked very hard to get the property ready for us to move in as soon as possible, as well as resolving any issues that may have occurred due to the short notice of our move. Since our move in, Katrina was sure to check up to make sure if we needed anything more. Overall a fantastic service from Jameson and Partners, especially Katrina who we were dealing with directly. They might not be the cheapest around but you definitely get top quality service. Also worth mentioning that they actually spend time to get to know the house before doing viewings. Speaking from a buyer's perspective, it's very annoying when you ask something to the agent and they haven't got a clue about the house. GoogleProfessional yet personal, Jameson and Partners offer an unparalleled level of service. We recently sold our house with Jameson's and moved to the south. We were not family at all with the process but Jen and her team provided us with confidence and peace of mind at each step of the way. They even supported us in the purchase of our house, even though they weren't promoting the house we were buying and we knew from the first meeting with them that they were people to be trusted and to rely upon for sound advice. GoogleI have recently purchased a property in Altrincham which was on the market with Jameson and Partners. I met Jen (MD) on the day of my first viewing and she was brilliant! She knew everything about the house and the area and I made an offer there and then! Within 1 week, full negotiations had taken place and I was on the way to purchasing my first house! Jen and the team were fantastic throughout the whole process. They constantly kept me up to date with progress, responded with answers to any questions I had, were available any time ( even out of hours) and were alway 100% up to date with what stage both solicitors were at. As a first time buyer I was worried about not understanding the process and what needed to be done and when, but Jen and Arthur were always on hand to help me. (A special thanks to Arthur for asking the seller random questions about lighting and plant pots!) There seems to be numerous estate agents in the market, but I cannot recommend Jameson & Partners enough and would not hesitate to recommend them, and I will definitely use them myself again in the future.
