Hale Homes Agency reviews

I was a buyer of a property sold through Hale Homes. I was super impressed with both Nikki & Jackie. They both have a tremendous knowledge of the housing market in the area they cover. They went out of their way to facilitate the sale and ensure the process went as quickly as possible. They even helped me with information to obtain insurance for the property as part of the completion process. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others and will use them when it comes time for me to sell the property ( although hopefully that will not be for a while yet!).

Highly recommend Hale Homes . We cannot praise the team enough for their excellent service. Their communications were 100% every detail was listened to , any concerns or questions we had answered and the sale of our parents home (so not straightforward from the off) was only really smooth sailing thanks to their management & handling of the purchaser. Best estate agent in the area! Thank you Jules & Jackie for everything.

Great experience with the team at Hale Homes. A professional service with a friendly, helpful approach and were always easy to contact throughout the process. Even when the sale was delayed due to legal issues, they persevered and kept things moving, doing everything they could to get the transaction completed. Their communication and support made a stressful process much easier, and I’m grateful for their hard work and dedication. Highly recommended!

I can't express how professional, diligent and conscientious Jules was with myself (and with my solicitors), throughout this entire process. This was my first purchase, so I had a lot of questions - but complete clarity was given to everything, and what could have been a long, arduous journey was made far easier, and communication was always prioritised from First Viewing to the Exchange Date. I received help with pricing, advice and referrals on surveys and searches, and, most notably, Jules went above and beyond in facilitating fast and cohesive communication between myself and the Vendor throughout, so that no stone was left unturned and it was then simple and exciting when it came to exchanging. I couldn't hope to work with a better agent in the future, and could not recommend Jules and Hale Homes enough for making this as close to a stress-free process as physically possible. Thank you for being so incredible throughout, and helping to make an easier process out of buying my property. I hope to work with you again and will absolutely be recommending that others do.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

12/10. Completed in a record time. Juliette was outstanding from start to finish. I was a first time buyer and it’s made me question why people say buying a house is stressful. I wouldn’t consider selling/ buying a house with any other agent in the area.

🤩 Juliette and Jackie were amazing throughout a complicated sales process and helped keep the chain intact. I can’t recommend them enough , they were brilliant. Always available and very prompt to follow up on queries or calls. They also didn’t seem to stick to normal working hours and responded at any time to urgent matters

I have been renting a property with Hale Homes since the summer of last year. The whole process from start to finish was made super easy, with everyone at ‘HH’ being so helpful and approachable. Anything I’ve needed sorting during my tenancy has been dealt with swiftly, and would therefore have no hesitation in recommending them. An all round great experience.

We have just settled into our forever home, a property acquired through the assistance of Hale Homes. I must express our sincere appreciation to Jackie, Joules and the entire team for their exceptional support throughout this journey. Their understanding of our unique circumstances and their expert management of the entire process significantly contributed to our relatively easy move. In addition to helping us secure our new home, we also engaged Hale Homes to facilitate the sale of our previous property. This was definitely the right decision, as it streamlined the entire process, especially considering the multitude of parties involved. This was particularly valuable during a period marked by turbulence in mortgage rates and the housing market. We wholeheartedly recommend choosing Hale Homes for anyone looking to sell or buy locally. Their professionalism, understanding, and efficiency make them a standout choice, and we are grateful for their role in making our transition as smooth as possible. Furthermore, the competitive pricing of their services adds another layer of satisfaction to the overall experience.

Jackie and Juliette were great - always available and a great sounding board when our transaction got tricky (they were acting for the vendor). Would highly recommend, and if we were to ever sell our house we wouldn’t be looking anywhere else.

Jackie and Jules have been absolutely and totally brilliant in selling our parents’ house in Bowdon. They are lovely people who also know what needs doing at every step of the way and take care of everything. Being able to deal with such approachable and responsive experts, who made sure everything ran smoothly, made the whole process as stress-free and efficient as it possibly could be. A huge ‘thank you’ from us and I only wish I lived in Hale so that I could use them again to sell my own house!

It was a long process selling our mother's flat, but Jules and Jackie couldn't have been any more helpful and proactive along the way - helping us, our buyers and the whole chain complete. Even when events conspired against us, Jules and Jackie remained incredibly positive and determined to make the sale happen. Absolutely the right decision to pick them as our estate agents. Many thanks

Juliette and Jackie, helped recently with the purchase of a retirement apartment for my Dads move up to Hale to be closer to family. They both went above and beyond to help what was at times stressful for both their elder vendor and my Dad, however they remained the stable source between solicitors and shown the upmost care and respect, their service was impeccable and the family cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and above all the empathy and care they shown.

Could not have asked for a better team than Jackie & Juliette. From the moment I embarked on selling my home they have been true to their word of providing a professional, approachable and reliable service and gave me full confidence in them immediately. They are a relatively new company in a village full of well established agents but I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them for a wonderful all round experience from start to finish . Thank you girls I’m over the moon x
