GoogleI had a great experience with Empanda Properties. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole process smooth. A massive thank you to Alix, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. She kept me updated at every stage and was especially proactive when it came to sorting out my parking. I really appreciated the clear communication and support and would highly recommend them.

GoogleConnor and Ruari are awesome gents! I’m only just moving into my flat later today but I faced a few obstacles already with the energy providers and concierge at the building. The lovely Alix kept me in the loop and never failed to follow up with any enquiry I had, helping me feel at ease. :)

GoogleAVOID!!!! Would give negative stars if I could. Currently taking legal action against this pathetic excuse of a business after we were conned into renting an apartment. Rauri should not be allowed anywhere near lettings, let alone a luxury apartment building. Several lies told which directly impact our day to day life. Reached out to every single person associated with this company and no response from anyone! Not to be trusted, multiple other tenants in our apartment block have had the exact same experience with Rauri. Absolutely disgusting.

GoogleReally terrible service. The ad for the flat said parking available. During the viewing, Rauri clearly stated to us that parking spaces would be £50pcm. The car park was not open just yet but we were told Empanda Properties get given priority parking spaces and we would be informed as soon as they could give them out. We were also told there are plenty of nearby streets with unrestricted parking. We moved in on these conditions as we both drive and need (not just want) our cars for work. After moving in, parking was nowhere to be found. We were then made aware by the apartment complex that parking spaces were to be £120pcm not £50. On top of this, the car park has been opened for a while and we’ve heard nothing about it. All attempts at communication have been ignored. We are now left in an impossible situation as there is nowhere to park and is affecting our work life. Terrible estate agents who lie and con people into moving, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

GoogleInitially I only planned for Empanda to find me a tenant and I was going to manage the property but when I saw how painless they made it for me, I signed up for them to manage my property and it was the best decision. Connor is just great. He’s so responsive and gives great customer service so I know he and his team will look after my tenants well.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleBeing an international student who JUST finished his Masters, the very idea of leaving my comfortable student accomodation and finding a new place all on my own seemed very daunting. A lot of letting agents told me that if I was a student and couldn't put forward a really good offer, I'd have a hard time finding a new apartment. Then, I came across Empanda Properties on Rightmove. I was able to book a viewing relatively quickly and see the apartment I was interested in. Connor showed me around and was incredible to chat with throughout the viewing. Really gave this company a more human side compared to others. And this aspect of their company extends even further. After the viewing, I was mostly in touch with Rauri through calls and text. He is the single most patient person I have ever seen considering the amount of times I kept bugging him about updates. But he always kept me up to date without any issues. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process and really understood my dire situation. He helped make this whole thing a lot easier on me because the communication was always there, and I recall him going the extra mile to help me figure out some solutions. All in all, though there were some hurdles, they were not due to Empanda. They went above and beyond to help me find my very first apartment in the UK. I would highly recommend anyone to approach Empanda Properties and work with them to find your new home. I am very delighted and eternally grateful for Empanda's help. Thank you so very much!
