Kirsty and the team at Clifford Saunt Homes were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole sales process. My sister and I were selling our parents home in Bowden as they had both sadly passed away. There's simply no other estate agent you should consider in South Manchester. Kirsty and her team; Dani, Jordan, and Amelia, were impeccible throughout our experience with them. Our home was first listed with another agent for several months, received over 20 viewings but zero offers. The first agent only had one stream of advice: reduce, reduce, reduce. We switched to Clifford Saunt who came in with practical advice on how to improve our home (without spending a fortune), incredible professionalism and communicatiion, and a genuine desire to help our family. We had become fed up and disillusioned with estate agents having had our house on and off the market before covid. Nothing was happening and it was very frustrating. When you have your house on the market for a while all the other estate agents write to you to tell you how much better they’d do, but all the letters were dull and grey apart from Clifford Saunt’s which stood out as proper marketing and we agreed to meet Kirsty on the back of it. Our house was a bit different to others and Kirsty was a breath of fresh air. She recognised the houses unique selling points and immediately honed in on them and how she would approach the sale. As soon as we met her we just knew that we’d made the right decision and appointed her to act for us with fantastic results. The difference between Clifford Saunt and other agencies is that they are marketers of properties and not estate agents. Kirsty’s marketing of the house produced instant results and we sold within three days of going to market having been on and off the market for 4 years! Not only that but the hard work of Amelia in taking us from accepting an offer to completion was exemplary. We recently had the absolute pleasure of using Clifford Saunt when selling our home in Bowdon. We had been experiencing a very slow market however when we switched to these guys they adopted a more holistic approach to selling which focussed heavily on professional videos and social media. Within no time they found a buyer and handled the whole process with professionalism and efficiency. From beginning to the end the whole experience was excellent.
