My landlord switched from his previous agents to “beyond property” about 2 years ago. Tom was my point of contact. What a difference! After years of dragging their heels at the previous agent, Tom was on top of things straight away, getting repairs done, liaising with both my landlord and me in a friendly, efficient and straightforward manor. I have subsequently purchased the flat, Tom ensured my deposit was returned swiftly, and made the transition as smooth as he could, in addition he has always been honest, pleasant, courteous, and effective whilst also being friendly and amusing to deal with.

I didn’t pay anything for the house I just paid the reservation fee and they said we got approval for your refund and that manager family passed away other more big directors saying this we doesn’t know about refund how can’t they know?

Avoid at all costs. I genuinely mean it. Unless you wish to give months of your life to estate agents who lack basic training, people skills and common sense. I'm not normally one to leave scathing reviews, but I promised myself I wouldn't forget. Had a mite infestation, obviously not Beyond's fault. It was how they handled it. Total negligence and brazen incompetence. Never seen such a lack of understanding and empathy towards our situation, was honestly astounding. I promised I would name and shame, so Joanna - if you're reading this: Please read emails, become a better communicator. Don't try to imply issues are tenants faults when they're not. Don't lie to your clients face. Do better. Learn to admit when you're wrong. As for Darren, please thank your director for our compensation.

There seems to be a theme of good reviews who mostly are the landlords letting or selling a property and I’m sure there must be some stock to it. However experience as a tenant is vastly different. Perhaps because junior staff are allocated to handling such issues. Unprofessional and dishonest was my experience of the gentleman managing my tenancy. Would not recommend renting with them for this reason. Please note this was with staff who had been working last year.

Beyond let out all of my properties. Very rarely any issues will arise and when they do they’re sorted out efficiently. I’ve largely dealt with Tom who is an Asset to their team, always available to lend a hand to both myself and my tenants. All round great service.
