GoogleClive came today to give a probate valuation. I made it clear from the outset that the property isn’t likely to be marketed soon, so I was taking his time for no return. He was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. WPR will always be my first choice of local estate agent.. Their staff know the area inside out and are friendly and approachable. Definitely the best local company.

GoogleSo disappointed in WPR. Claimed that I would have no problems selling my house in the middle of town and had about 10 viewings in 5 months in a really boyant market. Could not even sell my home. One of the staff had not come equipped to give buyers information. Unaware of where my 2 parking spaces and the communal garden were. Would not recommend!
Hello Sue, I'm very sorry indeed that the service you received didn't live up to your expectations and that we were unsuccessful in getting you moved. I know we had a couple of deals agreed on your home but alas they fell through with issues over raising finance and chains etc but as they say, the proof of the pudding is in the eating and you instructed us to get your house sold and we didn't achieve that objective so we undeniably failed. This is of course very frustrating for us too as we are in a no sale no fee situation but I appreciate that that is not your concern. I know you have tried unsuccessfully to get moved with an alternative estate agent since marketing your home with us but I hope if you try again you get the outcome you are seeking. In the meantime thank you for giving us the opportunity of acting as your agent, I am very disappointed that it did not work out in this instance. GoogleI can genuinely say that the staff at Warren Powell Richards are the best set of Estate Agents we've had. Everything about the service we've had from them has been on point. In fact, I can't think of one occasion where they've dropped the ball - be it in terms of providing us with feedback, helping us with our own property search and facilitating viewings around our limited availability. Other estate agents in Alton should take a leaf out of their book.PositiveProfessionalism

Well Mr Bough, I’ve now had the opportunity of finding out what has occurred, and I have to say what a thoroughly unpleasant ill-educated bully you appear to be. I understand that you are a furniture delivery driver who called our office demanding access to a property to deliver the elderly buyers furniture. When you were politely told that the property had yet to exchange contacts, never mind complete, you said if you weren’t given access immediately you would, and I quote, “dump the fxxxxxx furniture on the fxxxxxx lawn.” Even then my team tried to polity explain what the situation was and resolve the problem. You became even more abusive and said, and again I quote “I don’t fxxxxx care, I’m not fxxxxxxx listening and I’m going to fxxxx you up on Google.” Well, Mr Bough, consider us fxxxed. We are so fortunate that we have met may thousands of charming and thoughtful people over the years. It is one of the great pleasures of what we do for a living, but I guess we have to take the rough with the smooth. Please don’t contact or enter any of our offices again.
