Hamptons were extremely professional from the start. They gave us very useful advice on how to make our property marketable. Our house was quite unusual and therefore it took many months to find a buyer, however they kept us informed every step of the way. Their sale details were full of excellent photographs. Once our chain was complete they worked incredibly hard to smooth over the problems that occurred until the day of exchange of contracts. Thank you Hampton very much!

In the end I did not purchase a property through Hamptons in Alton as unexpectedly my buyers pulled out on my sale at the last minute for personal reasons after 27 weeks under offer. However my experience of Hamptons, Alton was very good and throughout that time Adam, who I spoke to predominantly, and his team held a good balance between their client’s sale and myself as purchaser. I appreciated their professionalism and care. In my experience of Estate Agents this stood out.

As the buyers of a property being marketed by Hamptons, Alton, I cannot stress too greatly how impressed we were with the service that we received. It would be fair to say that the purchase did not go smoothly with significant problems caused by our conveyancer which required the Sales Team, and Adam Masters in particular, to get far more involved than we would imagine is the norm. The dogged determination, outstanding communication and all-round professionalism to do the best for their clients and us as the buyers was truly remarkable and massively appreciated. We are not expecting to need the services of an estate agent for a few years but, when we do, we will undoubtedly take our business to Hamptons, Alton.

From viewing the property for the first time in early March, to completion on Friday, it seems nothing has been too much trouble and you have been excellent at responding to our questions and keeping us updated.
