The house had been on the market for a while with relatively little interest through a traditional estate agency, but Matt suggested an improved approach that generated decent interest, two good offers and a successful sale. They quickly produced great marketing materials that really showcased the property, highlighting its potential to a range of different buyers. Throughout the process, they looked after us really well and were extremely easy to deal with. Great ideas, great service and great support. Highly recommended.

Yesterday, I completed on the sale of my house, with EweMove, Bordon. Exceptional. I cannot recommend their skills highly enough. They even managed to make an inherently stressful process one with many highlights, due to the pleasant and good-humoured nature of the interaction with them - even through the difficult parts. I found them to be everything that the reputation of an estate agent suggests they should not be: dependable, principled, responsive, and literally in every single aspect, outstanding! I worked closely with director Matt Evan’s, whose intelligence, strategic thinking, delivery, patience, courtesy and judgement were all just perfect. Above all- which was such an important quality to me in selling my belovèd home -, Matt’s integrity always shone through. However silly my requests, they were always treated with the highest respect. This sometimes included giving an answer I might not have wanted to hear, with a clear rationale given for the reasoning which always persuaded me. Nothing was ever too much trouble; every request was taken seriously and promptly dealt with, even when that was out of hours. In particular, Matt’s advice was invaluable when deciding how to deal with some extremely frustrating delays. I am pleased that I decided to trust his judgement and expertise over my own, resulting in a successful completion. I am so glad I chose Matt and EweMove. I cannot commend EweMove highly enough. If I ever buy or sell another property in the area, I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else. They not only went the extra mile, they went an extra Lightyear and, in addition to their outstanding professional skills, as a as an added bonusn added bonus were a most enjoyable companion to have along the journey. There is nothing to recommend about this branch. They failed to care for my property. Rather than providing me with an income, I have been left with huge costs as a result of the tenants actions. When asked for the forwarding details of the tenant to take action they told me they don’t have any, and when I asked if they’d prefer me to sue them instead of the tenant, I was told “Good luck, you won’t win, we have a better lawyer”

Wanted to say a HUGE thankyou to Matt at Ewe Move. We actually moved a year ago today and i've been meaning to write this review for an eternity. Matt managed to sell our house within days and sorted us a new buyer when our first chain broke. I chose EweMove to sell my property for me. From the very first phone call to their main centre I knew I was in good hands. I was passed on to Matt in Bordon and he went above and beyond to help me to sell my property. It wasn’t the smoothest of sales, I had a challenging tenant who made viewings awkward and refused to move even after 6 months notice and then a useless conveyancer causing added delays to the sale. Matt was always at the other end of the phone, no question to small or stupid (I certainly had plenty of them!) if it wasn’t for Matt I know my tenant would still be living rent free in my property and I wouldn’t have sold my house. I really can’t thank him enough for the help and endless support Matt provided and would highly recommend anyone to use EweMove, you won’t be disappointed!

They are reasonably priced and polite but if your going for a rental then they don’t go with first come, and you can’t put a holding deposit down until they have shown everyone round which is not how it works , the holding deposit is to let the first person hold the house until all checks are done. But like many other agents it’s just a luck dip if you get picked

Sounded very proffesional and understanding of landloards concerns when letting property. Rates are veryvreasinable compared to many managing agents and seem to have an extremely good understanding of property letting/management. I will most likely use this company to manage my property once it is up to scratch and ready to be let again. The previous agent didn't notice around 12,000 of damage until they tenants had gone - despite claiming to have made quarterly inspections and always told me my house is being looked after very well. I paid them approximately £3600 for full management for pretty much nothing. I won't mention any names......actualy I will: CHAPLINS ESTATE AGENTS OF LISS......and an Ashey Yewel - who claims to be in charge

I viewed a property through Ewemove with Matthew Evans on 1st February, and offered on it there and then. Sad to say that’s the last I heard from the agent. No calls, emails. Nothing. In fact they are actively not returning my calls, which all go through to a call centre to be farmed out to the local agents. I moved into the house yesterday, but absolutely no thanks to this terrible agent. Would not want to go near them as a seller if that’s how they look after their buyers.
