Forth Estates have acted as our letting agents for the past 6 years, prior to our recently selling the property in question.. We were fortunate in their choice of tenants who have proved to be very good and who have ultimately purchased the property. Forth Estates have been readily available to discuss and advise and have always made prompt returns of rental payments and monthly statements, etc. We have no hesitation in giving an excellent overall rating.

Forth Estates have been my Letting Agent for a few years now and I can honestly say, I receive extremely good service from the staff. They are all very pleasant and efficient. I am able to leave them in total control of my property and they always give such personal attention. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I would recommend anyone considering letting their property through a Letting Agent to contact Forth Estates.
