GoogleWe were tenants in a GPM managed property for around 18 months. Billy and Janine were always easily contactable and happy to help. Any maintenance issues in the flat were always sorted promptly and we got adequate notice of any inspections etc. Great experience overall.

GoogleExcellent all round professional estate agency service from family run 'GPM', Billy organised the purchasing of our property, and latterly the sale of same, found a buyer within two weeks of advertising. In the interim period Janine handled renting out our flat continuously for two years with no hastle whatsoever, making transactions completely stress free. Buying + selling fees, and rental administration costs all extremely competitive, thank you GPM for your comprehensive help and assistance throughout :).

GoogleI have used GPM since 2015 as a Landlord and for Sales. I have found them to be friendly and Inexpensive in comparison with other local agents. Nothing was ever a problem and if issues arose with tenants these were sorted out on the day or where not possible, within a very short time to the satisfaction of all.. Billy and Janine are consummate professionals and would recommend GPM for Sales and or Lettings as a first choice.

We are not only surprised at this review but now taking legal advice for the libellous and untrue comments made. We do not have you as a client, having never met you, and can only assume that it was yourself who called this office today regarding a rental property. I would again confirm to you that all rental properties have to be left in the condition in which they are given to a tenant at the beginning of their lease. We give all tenants the opportunity to make good anything that we do point out on the final inspection as we want to get their deposit back to them in full. We believe this is fair and has always been accepted by outgoing tenants. Please note all abusive phone calls and messages will be logged and reported to the relevant authorities. This office will not be commenting further.

GoogleGpm property is owned by an arrogant unprofessional individual. He should not be in this industry. Something like a toddlers nursery would be more suitable. Has a tendency to harass people. Admits to no fault. Has every excuse under the sun well rehearsed. Beware. Be careful. Best stay away.

GoogleTotally disappointed.i was interested in a house which was empty being sold by probate that just came on the market booked a viewing .I'm a cash buyer and they cancelled the viewing.at last minute saying it sold.surely it should have went to a closing as many were interested.
