Shocking! Viewed a couple of apartments a few weeks ago, we said we were interested but the estate agent (Louise) didn’t have the answers we required and said that she would email them to us. A few days passed but this never happened. So I sent a follow up email about a week later only to receive a short blunt reply again stating that she didn’t know!? Several weeks have now passed and I’m still waiting and yes the apartments are both still available on their website! Appalling customer service!

She suggesting a very good yet reasonable marketable price and way of working to sell the property! Which included open day which I had not considered ... Booked a viewing of Wolverton House for 5:15pm. The agent "Dan" did not turn up. I called the office at 5:20 to check it was still going ahead, they took my number and said they'd contact Dan and get back to me shortly. 5:40 came and no contact so I called the office again, all the staff had gone home. Complete waste of time and travel. Won't be using again, can't imagine the landlord would be pleased.

In particular, we were very grateful of how quick they were to respond to our queries and how they offered friendly but professional advice throughout (we are first time buyers so this was very much appreciated). Also, it was great how Melody had a network to help us out with all sorts of queries (e.g. she had good relationships with the solicitors, and has a lot of experience with mortgage advisors etc.).
