Flick & Son handled the sale of our holiday cottage for us. They secured significant interest in our property and although one prospective purchaser withdrew very late in the process (not Flicks fault), their energy and commitment to find another buyer never wavered. Their process of having a senior member of their team oversee the conveyance process once an offer has been accepted means that you have a dedicated and highly professional resource making sure that things happen to ensure, as best as they can, that an accepted offer converts into a completed sale. We felt that they always worked hard in our best interests, particularly Oliver and Matt in their Aldeburgh office - highly recommended.

Our experience of Flicks has been first class. We met Clare, the Valuer, in December 2021 and she confirmed that they had clients on their books who would be interested in the property and could be contacted immediately. Within 2 weeks we had a sale, subject to contract, and completion occurred in April 2022. At all times, the Flick's Team did what they said they would do and were also extremely helpful in acting as a conduit between us as sellers and the buyers., to save everything having to go through the solicitors. We couldn't have asked for anything more.
