GoogleOnly have sellers interest at heart, awful one sided. Told seller wanted to sell despite being up for rent and buy then rented while contemplating upping offer on flat which sale was agreed last year for £17k under the ask due to valuation being lowered to reflect condition and market. Done me a favour really it will be up for £120k next year.
