GooglePurchased what should have been our perfect retirement home. Told we didn't need a Professional Snagging report as Bonoingale would put any problems found right. We believed them, how wrong we were. Had a Professional report done and still not dealt with correctly, so sent in a formal Complaint as per their procedure and still not dealt with correctly. Customer Service is absolutely dreadful. They are not interested once they have your money. If you are thinking of purchasing from Boningale make sure you have a Professional report done and the snags put right before you part with any money.

FacebookShame really. My parents who have worked all their lives can’t buy a house because my dad has a van. My dad has been self employed and an working man for 40 years and now he can’t even purchase a property on this new estate because his vehicle doesn’t fit their criteria? They don’t allow signed vans, commercial vehicles or vans. Isn’t this discrimination? The lads who are building the houses turn up everyday in vans but even if they wanted too they can’t actually buy one because they own a van. Discrimination at its finest…what next?

GoogleBrewood does not have the capacity in the schools, medical practice or in terms of infrastructure to support the proposed 100 houses on Kiddemore Green. We are struggling as it is to support the existing developments! This is pure greed and will only further harm the green belt and villagers!

GoogleVisited the site to view a new build home with my husband. Absolutely beautiful properties. Very satisfied with the help received from sales team. All houses are built and decorated to a very high standard and perfect for a wide variety of people. Also spoke with two site managers who were helpful and knowledgeable. The site is in the perfect location in a beautiful village, will certainly be going ahead with looking to move there.

GoogleLovely location and show home, however it’s a shame the finish of the actual houses doesn’t match this due to the houses being rushed.
After-care is virtually non existent due to not having enough qualified staff to deal with the snagging process which makes it a very painful and long process. Nothing will get done unless you chase it constantly every week.
