GoogleAbsolutely useless service from Colin Tomney letting agents. They’ve now cancelled my appointment AGAIN at the last minute. No warning, no apology worth mentioning, just a complete disregard for other people’s time. It’s honestly shocking how unprofessional they are. If you enjoy having your time wasted and being messed around, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid and find an agent that actually knows how to organise a basic appointment.

GoogleHighly recommend this local agent. Knowledge is second to none and goes the extra mile. Referred us to excellent tradesmen who completed works in estimated time to a high standard. Appreciated Colin's honesty as well as his helpful manner !

GoogleFrom the very first point of contact with the estate agent, me and my partner felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. The house door was opened to us and a basic “on you go” was said by the “gentleman”. There was a disinterest from him and a real …

GoogleMy experience with Colin Tomney estate agency was first class, from the initial meeting with Colin to viewing the property, placing my offer, buying my new home and selling my old one, the transaction was handled professionally and diligently from start to finish. All transactions were completed in just 7 weeks, which I think is good going even without a global pandemic. I would be happy to recommend Colin and his team as my experience was all positive.

GoogleMyself and my wife are currently in the process of selling our house through Colin. We have found him to be professional, helpful and very effective throughout the process. Both the listing and sale process has been smooth and quick with good communication throughout, no complaints at all. Colin also helped my parents to sell their house a few years ago, and a further two moves as a result of that. In all occasions the feedback has been very positive. Would definitely recommend Colin and the team if you are looking to sell your house.

GoogleColin and his team were great to deal with and with their guidance and support, we had a first class experience when selling our house with them. The marketing and advertising was extremely effective in driving interest and the videography used was superb. We were very happy with the selling price we achieved and the house sold within a week!! Highly recommend their service!!👏

GoogleThis is the second home Colin has sold for me - first over 18 years ago and the second more recently- first time it was sold the next day to first viewer and a few months ago first viewer purchased my home within 5 days - Colin makes buying and selling very easy and is supportive all the way - highly recommended.

GoogleColin and his staff were very friendly yet professional from the outset, they not only sold my property quickly but also helped me acquire my new home. The service was first class and also cheaper than other agents I had quotes from. I’ve now recommended Colin to several friends & family members.
