Aquila Management Services have made a real difference to our estate in Springburn. After years of frustration with a previous factor, it has been refreshing to see such a positive and proactive change. Since Aquila took over, communication has improved significantly and issues that were previously ignored are now being addressed in a clear, professional and timely manner. There is a genuine sense that Aquila care about Springburn and the people who live here. The estate already feels better managed, and it’s reassuring to see ongoing plans in place to continue improving the area rather than just reacting to problems. For residents who had lost confidence after a poor experience with a former factor, Aquila have helped restore trust and optimism. Lexo contracting have done all electrical maintenance and installations for this company for the last 3 years. This company don’t cut corners unlike some other estate agents they make sure all works carried out to the customer’s satisfaction and fully compliant. We have a contract in place with this company to cover 24/7 emergency repairs and we respond within 2 hours, You don’t get that service with other letting and estate agents as we do them also and they don’t offer this service to there customers. If you are purchasing a property, please do your due diligence and ensure that Aquila are not the property factor - I didn't do this, and now regret this. AMS (Aquila Management Services) have delayed on an archaic and intensive list of problems surrounding my property. This is inclusive of archaic car-park maintenance, and archaic communal brickwork that are now begin to fall around animals and children yet, AMS Director Mr Paul Clark refuses to do anything. This company is not one you wish to deal with, and after 6 months in my property, I am having to take this organisation, and their Director/only staff member, to a Property Tribunal. In addition to this, AMS have accepted financial benefit into personal accounts for the introduction of services (such as Gas Grants) which is against the law. Please, should you need a factor, you would be more suited to contact someone else. Edit & Update: This company have now threatened legal action over this review, and a number of other considerations. Avoid at all costs!

I am delighted with Aquila Management Services, who have been an exceptional property factor. Paul Clark is very knowledgeable, helpful and "hands on". He attends all or most owners' meetings and his advice and arrangements for the property have been outstanding. His arrangements for maintenance and repair represent excellent value for money, in my opinion. Paul is also very responsive and will quickly answer owners' queries with straightforward reliable advice. I cannot recommend Aquila too highly.
