Google'Above and beyond service from George Chandler'
I cannot recommend George Chandler at Bagshaws highly enough. He was the sales negotiator on my Cheadle sale which unfortunately fell through, but throughout the whole process George was extremely helpful, calming and pragmatic. What stood out most was his willingness to go above and beyond, he was available outside of normal working hours, which made a real difference to me given my unpredictable work schedule. His approachable and friendly manner (never overly formal) made it easy to be open and transparent with him, which I really appreciated. Even now, long after the sale, George has still been happy to give advice and support. A true professional who genuinely cares, thank you George!

GoogleI recently had an appointment with John, the mortgage advisor at Bagshaws Bakewell, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Going into it, I knew absolutely nothing about the process of buying a property and felt quite overwhelmed by where to even begin. John took the time to explain everything clearly and in simple terms, breaking down each step of the mortgage process so I felt informed and confident rather than confused.
He was incredibly patient with all my questions (and there were quite a few!), and I never once felt rushed or pressured. By the end of the appointment, I had a much clearer understanding of my options and what the next steps would be, which made the whole idea of buying a home feel far less daunting.
I also want to mention how kind and friendly Laura was. She was so welcoming and approachable, which really helped put me at ease from the moment I arrived. The whole team made what could have been a stressful experience feel supportive and positive.
I would highly recommend Bagshaws Bakewell to anyone starting their property journey, especially if, like me, you’re unsure where to start.

We had over 17 viewings over a very short period of time, and 2 days after Zoe updated us with feedback, we had 6 offers on the Bungalow and again each time we were updated with as much information possible, once a decision was made we had regular correspondence with any updates.

The farmers sell their stock but there’s a big difference between market price and the shop shelf but better there is a full English breakfast or to customise however you want and have a beer at the bar. I highly recommend a coffee and Baileys.
