GoogleRager Roberts sold our property very efficiently. They were courteous and very responsive. I have gone through many house sales in my life and would rate them top of the list of estate agents in my experience, I would use them again without doubt.

GoogleJamie was so helpful through the whole process, and the Green Street office were great finishing off the purchase and dealing with my many many questions. Don't want to move again any time soon, but would happily do it through Rager & Roberts when that time comes

GoogleAwful, awful company. The worst customer service we have received. We had to travel 1hr 20 min to a house viewing only to be told when we arrived, that the house has been sold few days ago. They booked us a viewing appointment for another house, even though the house was SST on rightmove, and on the appointment day they called to cancel it. Ok, third time lucky we think?! We book another house viewing appointment with them again. The estate agent arrives, hooray! And he CAN'T get in as he has got wrong keys. Another agent arrives with a set of keys and they are also wrong. So we end up wasting 3 hours of our travel time. How can Rager & Roberts treat their customers like that?! DO NOT TRUST them.

GoogleMy partner and I recently purchased a property through Rager & Roberts and we predominantly dealt with Jamie. As a conveyancer myself, I regularly deal with estate agents and I can genuinely say Jamie was one of the nicest and most professional I have dealt with. When we come to sell the property in the future, we will certainly consider Rager & Roberts.

GoogleRager & Roberts were fantastic throughout our purchase which took far longer than initially intended! Jamie particularly was a great point of contact for me - quick responses even after sale had completed. He assisted us brilliantly as a mediator between ourselves and the vendors. Would recommend.

GoogleMy wife and I just spent the day with Jamie from the Eastbourne office. He kindly showed us around a number of properties we asked to see. His help and advice throughout our visits was first class. From the moment he picked us up at the hotel to the last visit he was thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with. We have some serious thinking to do before we are 100% sure a move to Eastbourne is right for us. However, if it is our decision is to make this move we will use Ragers and Roberts largely because Jamie is such a great ambassador for the company. I would have total confidence in his honesty and integrity and I would listen carefully to any advice he gave. Thanks very much for all your help today.

GoogleRager and Roberts successfully sold our property in the closing months of 2018. The fact that it was being sold by attorneys and that there were several intractable issues relating to the status and position of the property did not faze them. They sought and found several very creative solutions to these problems and managed the negotiations with the client, the buyers and other 3rd parties with great aplomb. They are a very professional and capable team

We had some hiccups on the way with the sale falling through but they were fast acting and we were back on track quickly again. They have overseen my sale and purchase with complete professionalism coupled with personal interest. Their handling of viewings and negotiations significantly reduced the stress of selling, while they kept both my solicitor and myself fully informed of progress on my purchase, handling the whole process with competence and good nature.
