GoogleTerrible no call back I've got be honest our property as been on the market since November and we have had no communication whats so ever so I rang them yesterday to take it off I suggest to anyway selling go elsewhere.

GoogleThe sheer lack of attention from this agency is so evident from the minute of first interaction. You get promised multiple call backs from the manager who’s supposed to be looking after the property you’re interested in seeing/viewing and these calls never happen. Then I state to the call handler that when you pass the message to the manager to ring me either before 9.30am OR after 3.30pm (NOT INBETWEEN AS I WORK) What do I get??? Calls at 10.20am and no voicemails left. Then finally I touch base with the manager at a very inconvenient moment and it was arranged between Toby (The Manager) and myself to call back on Saturday (22nd Feb) and guess what, Never got the call!!! Terrible agency in need of a lot of work in understanding new clients and property buying. Don’t rate these guys, very amateur. I would suggest look around at more established well put together agencies that read the memos and follow through with the task assigned.

Hi - We do not have you on our records and you have given us very little personal information or any details of the property. We have never been in the papers for " "shady practices". We do our upmost to look after both our tenants and landlords. We are a family business and have been managing properties in the area for 20 years with many loyal and long-term landlords and tenants.

GoogleThe worst, took for ever to repair anything, then at the end of the tenancy tried to blame us, damp problem not sorted, broken shower not sorted, broken fence because of bad weather not sorted, then said the landlord was selling up we will have to move, then to find out premier has put it bk up to let, all smoke mirrors and lies, and they knew we had a newborn with rising damp making a room uninhabitable and destroying a £400 wordrobe And tried to charge for everything to get the deposit back, i left the gardens better then when we first moved in steamed the whole place and carpet cleaned everything, personally they dont deserve a star, just be weary, 7 manor court, check the walls for damp the whole place is rotten

Hi Sorry that you had a bad experience with renting through us. We have had a look at our notes and see that an inspection was carried out and you were advised that drying clothes inside without proper heating and ventilation would cause condensation and mould. Unfortunately you informed us that you did not want to put the heating on which is understandable given the rises in energy costs over the last couple of years and it was too cold to open the windows. However, this is the only way to avoid condensation etc and is the responsibility of the tenants. With regard to notice and selling the property only for it to be put back on for rent, we are instructed by our landlords what they want to do with their property. Landlords change their minds for various reasons and often revert back to renting if a house fails to sell. I hope this gives you some understanding of our perspective.

GoogleI’ve recently let a property through Premier Lets. After being in the same home for over 12 years I had no clue of where to start. Kayleigh has been fantastic from viewing to check in. She set my mind at rest and was so understanding. Everyone is so friendly and so helpful. Would definitely recommend letting through Premier Lets. Thank you all
