Good site, well organised with the help of a very good Marshall, still alot to do there before completion, not too far from the A27 junction for the coast road for little Hampton, easy to deliver to, a bit muddy inside but it's to be expected, does nt seem like bookings are necessary, but always good to check if they re going to be there on the day, generally site management know what to do.

**READ ALL THIS BEFORE BUYING ONE OF THERE HOMES** Both myself and my partner went to look at one of the houses, was very nice, sales lady was very good. We was going for a sale where they buy your home in exchange for there's, they requested all the information and it seemed very promising as our current property was built by them back in 2011, have the money great mortgage rate etc. Anyway, few days a go have been told they won't do the deal because apparently they don't like dealing with the company ground maintenance we have as "they are slow" thats it "they are slow", its like are joking, all the time and hassle and apparently its because they slow. Moving forward my partner tried again and went through to sales manager, and apparently now its not really because they slow but also because they dont do the deal with leaseholds. Now the funny part about this if you go online you can see plastered over everywhere that they do from multiple sources including there own that YES THEY DO DEAL WITH THEM. Instead they tried to push for us to do a deal where they work with the estate agents to sell our property, now again, do your simple search and look at the thousands of reviews saying how bad the experience is and how they get the estate agents to work for them and bully you to dropping price etc. Do yourself a favour, stay away, you'll be time wasted in the end, and fed so many multiple stories where they can't keep the story straight. What makes it funny is other developers who we've spoken to, do deal with that and don't mess you about, so are now looking at them instead since Persimmon Devleopers Managemnet don't want to sell homes and incure possible trouble financially like they was in last year. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HAND, DON'T FALL IN TO SAME SCAM STYLE TRAP OR TACTIC. THEY DON'T BUY YOUR HOME IF IT IS LEASEHOLD REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY AND THE INTERNET SAY. CHECK FOR YOURSELF ON GOOGLE, REDDIT ETC.

Visited someone I know who purchased in a place in Hampton Park Littlehampton. The place is windswept and shabby. It has not aged well and it is not even old. It won't ever look like it is supposed to be there. The houses are compressed together. The pavements and roads are shabby. The houses flimsy and already deteriorating. The residents come with all manner of social problems. Buying ahouse here is like getting badly done Turkey teeth. This is a bad investment and a gnarly place to live. AVOID AVOID AVOID. This will trap you and your money and your life. RUN AWAY!!!!

Purchased a property through them, whilst the service was good, they had ensured that the management company (HML) that would take over are easily to speak to etc. The first communications with them a year later turned out to be horrible. Many complaints from residences have been given about the professionalisn and communication. I would be conscious before buying!
