I visited my friend’s new home at Coseley New Village and was really impressed. The house is finished to a high standard and feels modern, well built, and carefully put together. The development also looks well managed and kept in good condition. My friend mentioned the Site Manager, Sanj, and from what I saw the site is very well organised and maintained. He clearly takes pride in his work and the overall presentation of the development reflects that. Overall, a very positive impression. I am now considering purchasing on

We have recently moved into our new home at Coseley New Village and overall our experience with Persimmon Homes has been very positive. The buying process was straightforward and we felt well supported throughout, which really helped make the journey into our first new build home much less stressful than expected. Now that we have moved in, we are very happy with the quality and finish of the property. There have only been a few very minor snags, which is completely normal with a new build, and these have been minimal. It’s clear that a lot of care and effort has gone into the construction of the homes on this development. A particular highlight of our experience has been the site team. Sanj, the Site Manager, has been excellent throughout, always approachable, professional, and willing to help with any queries. His attention to detail and pride in his work really stand out. We would also like to mention Charlene and Audrey in the site office, who are always friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to see when visiting. They help create a very positive and supportive atmosphere on site. Overall, we are very happy in our new home and would confidently recommend Persimmon Homes to others looking to purchase a new build property.

The development is devoid of greenery/vegetation. Very sad to note the extent of trees that have been cut to make place for this development. Not going to purchase property there anytime soon.
