GoogleWe couldn’t recommend Parker Hall enough! Kirsty was amazing throughout the process of buying our home. Communication was brilliant with Kirsty keeping in regular contact throughout the process. If we needed anything, Kirsty would be on it straight away so thank you! We would recommend Parker Hall again and again!

GoogleI couldn’t recommend Parker Hall more. Laura was absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. We described what type of property we were looking for and Laura went hunting, finding our perfect home. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the house when showing us around made us feel completely at ease. Laura kept us fully updated throughout the purchase and if there was anything she wasn’t sure of she made sure to find out and get back to us the same day, even if it was just an update on who or what she was waiting for to get the answer.

GoogleExcellent estate agents. After having a purchase fall through, Laura found us an alternative which without her input wouldn’t have been an option. Throughout the whole process both Laura and Parker Hall as a whole were efficient and helpful. A special thanks also to Rosemary for her help on the day of the move. Can’t fault the service we received as buyers. Hoping this is our forever home but if we did need to move again, we would definitely be using Parker Hall.

GoogleI cannot go through all of the details for the services that we received from Parker Hall, but extremely disappointed. There was no professionalism, and they seemed to be working more for the buyer of our house than for us (strange as we were paying the bill). Incidentally we worked with John German on our purchase, and couldn't fault them whatsoever. I would never recommend Parker Hall to anyone sadly.

After previously marketing your property in 2020 we were pleased to later receive the instruction to market for you once again last year. Our team worked tirelessly carrying out multiple accompanied viewings on your behalf which resulted in a buyer with no chain being obtained. There were certain constraints which, as our client, you were informed of throughout the process and prior to the offer being accepted by yourselves. Once your offer was accepted we then continued to progress your sale alongside John German, keeping your buyer in place to secure your move whilst adhering to the timescales of the entire chain. We do not wish for any buyers or vendors to have a negative experience with ourselves, and sincerely wish you all the best in your new home.

GoogleHad dealings with Fellows lettings from what I believe has joined with Parker Hall, at least that’s what’s stated on Fellows lettings website, if so stay well away…… Fellows lettings have rented two properties for me in the last few years and both tenants left owing either rent or having caused me damages! In both cases I was owed their deposit!!! And in both cases Fellows lettings returned them! She ignores calls and messages to avoid paying back money to you for your losses! Absolutely shocking service!!

FacebookWe have recently completed on property in Branston. Parker hall team was always very helpful and i could rely on them. They were understanding, supportive and very helpful. This is not just our agent we mainly dealt with, if she was out of office, the whole team was helpful. Happy with their service, and can only recommend, big shout out to Jane and the team - Laura, Sam and Kirsty. Thank you ladies 😃

GoogleDid a fantastic job of marketing and selling my house, I also found the team very honest and up front which is rare amongst estate agents. All in all a good experience and if I was to sell again I would use parker hall.

GoogleI think you can tell a lot about a person when they think nobody is looking- I have high Regards for the Parker Hall team who are professional and friendly. However, I cannot say the same for the owner Rosemarie. We were tenants in a property for sale. We had a good relationship with the owner. Rosemary was ringing to arrange viewings at short notice and we had to justify why we couldn’t and demanded that someone else to be in. Which we did not do. She was rude to us both on the phone at separate times and when my husband confronted her about this she said’ her priorities were with the owner and not us’ I take that to mean , as she isn’t earning a commission from us, she can treat us how she likes. Nice.

GoogleFrom the moment we arranged the viewing we knew we were going to be in safe hands. Everyone we dealt with at Parker Hall was very professional but special thanks have to go to Kathryn and Sam for their constant support and kindness as our sale and purchase went through. I would not hesitate to recommend them if your looking at moving.
