They achieved an offer close to full asking price within 48 hours of bringing the property to market and followed it through to completion in just 9 weeks. Tracey is an absolute credit to them, she goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes through.

Tracy was great in both liaising and co-ordinating with all parties involved with the sale of my mum's bungalow to keeping us informed every step of the way as the sale evolved. GoogleBrilliant!!! From start to finish Money Properties were very professional. The valuation was arranged quickly and in no time we had 7 viewings arranged resulting in an offer. Special mention must go to Tracey who handled the sale for me. She phoned me everyday with updates as she was dealing with solicitors who did not "share our need for speed", but soon came to realise Tracey "would not let go". Thankyou Tracey, you made the whole process easy for me and it was a pleasure to have you deal with my sale. Would highly recommend Money Properties.

GoogleI’ve recently sold a property through Money Properties and cannot rate the company, and specifically Tracey Gooda highly enough. The initial valuation process and being put on the market was quick and pain-free & their promotion generated good interest throughout the time on the market. To actually sell, the current climate paired with a series of unfortunate buyer events set us back on a number of occasions but Tracey was brilliant - I cannot imagine how much more complex and worrisome this process would have been without her support. Tracey was clearly going beyond what is expected of her to help us. I wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else on future transactions.

Unlike many estate agents we found them to be very sympathetic to our concerns and did their best to resolve any issues which might have arisen during the purchase. GoogleI have sold two properties through Money Properties and the experience was the same on both occasions. The staff, particularly the ladies in the Wymondham office, were always very helpful and friendly. I was kept informed as to the progress of the sale at least once a week. My phone calls and emails were answered promptly. I even received replies to emails when the office was closed! Couldn’t ask for a better service. Thank you!

GoogleI was in the process of buying a property which unfortunately fell through but cannot thank Moneys enough for their excellent service, and support, especially Kim who went above and beyond at every stage. Every query was responded to efficiently and effectively, I was kept informed at every stage. Kim did absolutely everything she could to make it work but due to circumstances outside of our control, it was not meant to be. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Moneys.
