GoogleExcellent service by Money Properies. Tracy was great in both liaising and co-ordinating with all parties involved with the sale of my mum's bungalow to keeping us informed every step of the way as the sale evolved. Nothing was too much trouble and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Tracy and other colleagues in the office who seamlessly stepped in when she was not available.

GoogleHi there i’ve just sold a bungalow and amy , kim , tracey have been the most outstanding agents to deal with , they went above and beyond at every turn , me and my husband could not be happy with their professionalism and detail to every matter . i would definately recommend for your house sale .

GoogleThank you to the team at Money Properties Wymondham. Fabulous service. Just completed my house sale. Many thanks to Kim and Amy - everything you want from an estate agent - efficient, proactive, super helpful lovely people.

GoogleBrilliant!!! From start to finish Money Properties were very professional. The valuation was arranged quickly and in no time we had 7 viewings arranged resulting in an offer. Special mention must go to Tracey who handled the sale for me. She phoned me everyday with updates as she was dealing with solicitors who did not "share our need for speed", but soon came to realise Tracey "would not let go". Thankyou Tracey, you made the whole process easy for me and it was a pleasure to have you deal with my sale. Would highly recommend Money Properties.

GoogleKim and Amy were amazing keeping us updated every stage of our purchase and even chasing other agents in the chain which our own estate didn't!! Would have been at a complete loss without their communication. Can't recommend Money Properties enough!! Thank you.

GoogleTracey at the Wymondham branch of Money Properties had been absolutely fantastic supporting with the sale of and purchase of our home. Tracey has provided regular updates, chased solicitors, mortgage brokers etc to help. Tracey has always been friendly, polite and professional I can’t recommend her or Money Properties enough. 😃 …

GoogleAmy and the team looked after me throughout the sale of my property. They were rocks in keeping me informed, and chasing the various parties to speed the sale along as much as possible. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI’ve recently sold a property through Money Properties and cannot rate the company, and specifically Tracey Gooda highly enough. The initial valuation process and being put on the market was quick and pain-free & their promotion generated good interest throughout the time on the market. To actually sell, the current climate paired with a series of unfortunate buyer events set us back on a number of occasions but Tracey was brilliant - I cannot imagine how much more complex and worrisome this process would have been without her support. Tracey was clearly going beyond what is expected of her to help us. I wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else on future transactions.

GoogleI have sold two properties through Money Properties and the experience was the same on both occasions. The staff, particularly the ladies in the Wymondham office, were always very helpful and friendly. I was kept informed as to the progress of the sale at least once a week. My phone calls and emails were answered promptly. I even received replies to emails when the office was closed! Couldn’t ask for a better service. Thank you!

GoogleI was in the process of buying a property which unfortunately fell through but cannot thank Moneys enough for their excellent service, and support, especially Kim who went above and beyond at every stage. Every query was responded to efficiently and effectively, I was kept informed at every stage. Kim did absolutely everything she could to make it work but due to circumstances outside of our control, it was not meant to be. I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Moneys.

GoogleExcellent service from Kim who was agent handling our purchase. From the property viewing to the hand over of keys, Kim could not have been more helpful. We would definitely recommend Money Properties.

GoogleSelling a property isn't hassle free but Kim controlled the sale of our parents home with professionalism and empathy to our situation.A big help was the viewing accompaniments that Money Properties did on our behalf .

GoogleTracey has been nothing but helpful from start to finish with the whole process. We had to get a quick turnaround with the property and she could’ve not done more to help us. She is a real asset to the team. Jazmine

GoogleThank you Money Properties and especially thank you Tracey. Feels like the quickest sale in history and certainly the smoothest. This was an absolute pleasure. Thought that being 100 miles plus from the property would have made for a stressful sale - that couldn’t have been further from the truth. Fantastic team, I wish there were more stars to give.

GoogleJust sold through Money Properties and very impressed. Professional service from initial valuation to completion and good communication throughout the process. Our agent Amy was a great help, chasing parts of the conveyancy process and coordinating between the chain. Money properties also arranged accompanied viewings, which were well organised. We were impressed by John's knowledge and enthusiasm when he showed us around prospective properties so it was great knowing that he was doing the same for our home!

GoogleWe have just completed on the sale of our property and can't thank Money Properties enough for all their help! The whole process of valuation and marketing was very straightforward, competitive pricing and the communication has been amazing. Everyone we have dealt with at Money have been friendly and professional, particular thanks to Amy who handled the majority of our calls/emails and was on it with chasing third parties and keeping us updated. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use Money in future - thank you all!

GoogleWe have had a fantastic experience with Money Properties from start to finish. Tracey has been so helpful and has always been at the other end of the phone to answer our questions, nothing has been too much. Tracey really is a credit to the company and everyone else we have also spoken to have been very helpful. Would definitely 100% recommend Money Properties to anyone. It's been a pleasure doing business and thanks again! 5*
