GoogleA pleasant estate with a mix of housing surrounded by countryside situated a few miles from City of York. Bus stops and Park and ride nearby for car less access to City. Close to main roads for Harrogate, Thirsk and the North Yorkshire moors as well as easy access to the coast at Hornsea, Scarborough, Whitby etc.

GoogleIf you are looking to buy a new built house then consider different building sites and companies. Apparently, a sales person at Miller homes thinks that properties at this site are not for everyone. According to her, people are sleeping and queueing outside the sales office everyday. And you need to be homeless before you buy at this site. Definitely, not for every one ha ha

GoogleReally nice detached houses being built. Site is also being landscaped and will look great when finished. Just wish we could get a house there. Might sell our house in time next year to buy what we want.
