The Trusted AgentShockingly dishonest. Unbelievably unprofessional. Made ombudsmen complaint which was upheld.
In order to build a case for commission that they weren't entitled to, thesy actually fabricated a viewing that never took place and fabricated an offer that was never made. Their own complaints procedure was biased, semi-literate and a waste of time. The ombudsmen upheld my complaint.
