GoogleI bought my house from Mantons back in 2018 where I was really impressed with everything. When it came to selling house again i didn’t hesitate in using Mantons. The team at Mantons are spot on always keeping me updated throughout the process. Big thanks to Ian, Leah and Rosina. I will keep using Mantons.

GoogleAftercare was virtually non existent for our sale. I had various concerns regarding our sale but with the chaos of a forced quick completion I could only bring this matter to the attention of Ian post completion, he responded fully over a week later & that was after a couple of prompting emails, i think he was hoping to forget my complaint. I would not recommend Mantons, my experience is once the house is sold thats their part done!

GoogleI used a third party website to find out who were the best estate agent in my area based on my property size but also who had sold properties closest to their valuation. Mantons were top of the list. When Ian valued the property, I got the impression that he was giving a realistic valuation and his approach was not pushy or salesman like either. Choosing Mantons was a wise choice as they were in constant communication throughout the sale process. Upon putting our house on the market, we were provided with the advert and final say before it was posted online. We were provided with a constant stream of viewings, meeting friendly members of the team (Dawn & Wesley) and the viewings were the right type of people to consider buying our size of property and no time wasters. We were fortunate enough to agree a sale on our property within 4 weeks which was doubly impressive when considering we are including the xmas/new year period. After agreeing the sale, Ian and the team (Leah, Wesley) were still in constant communication when needed, discussing the buyers situation in detail and any obvious hurdles we may experience along the way. A friendly, informative estate agent is what most people hope for and not a sales led approach. When buying/selling a property is one of the most stressful life experiences, you want estate agents who are on your side and not adding to the stress. At no point, did Mantons fail. Superb throughout and highly recommended.

GoogleTom did a great job. Very responsive to emails, timely repairs of anything that needed to be fixed, and returned my deposit swiftly after the end of the tenancy. Everything I would expect from a good Lettings agent.

Googleextremely disapointed, we felt that a property was miss sold to us, not fully informing us that the field opposite was to become a major development site, which has been confirmed Ian knew about, to make things worse kept pointing out about the views over the field, mentioned to my 7 year old daughter about the horses. tried to get him to call, 4 working days later still hasn't. Glad i posponed my surveyor and solicitors, would have been money down the drain!!!!

GoogleMany thanks to Ian and his team. They were recommended to us by a family member who was very happy with their support in what is never a straight forward process. There was no hard sell, no pressure, no unrealistic promises just practical advice all the way through. Such a pleasing change. GoogleExcellent customer service, always answered our calls during the house buying process. Ian and his team members are very professional. We are first time buyers and he helped us more than our solicitors. Ian is a very busy person. Brilliant communication, always returned our calls. It is a very long process but they provided us with lots of guidance. Lovely Dawn is always quick to help in all situations. 100% recommended for buying and selling.
