GoogleThe 3rd house Ian/Mantons has sold for us or a family member, and the service was as professional as ever. Excellent communications, images that not only made the property look stunning, but captured the feel of the house too. Spot on again with valuation, viewings straight from their client list before it went live on Rightmove, and sold, at asking, within a week. Have recommended them since our last move, and will continue to do so. Thank you all again.

I cannot thank and recommend Ian and his excellent team enough for their excellent end to end service with the sale of my parents property. From the initial enquiry Ian and his team were truly outstanding. We had previously instructed agents that were quick to list the property, but failed to market the house well and failed to communicate. Mantons were informative, professional and courteous, respecting my parents wishes (unlike other agents we had previously instructed) and under Ian Stevens guidance we sold our family home. Special mention to Ryan who kept me informed at every stage of the process. Thanks again Mantons!

I have had a generally excellent experience with Mantons. I purchased a buy-to-let property through them a year and a half ago and they have been managing the property since. We are very happy with the property they sold us and the handling of the purchase was generally very good, barring just a few occasions when correspondence took a while to be answered. That said, their management of the property since then has been very good indeed, be it finding tenants, handling repairs or getting necessary checks and certificates done. Every matter that arises has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Ian Manton, the manager has been very easy to work with and his attention to the property has allowed us, as overseas landlords, to relax that the place is in good hands, which I guess is what any landlord is essentially looking for. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleI chose Mantons to sell my property on seeing how quickly properties were sold once a Mantons board went up. Ian did the valuation and he came prepared with informarion on similiar properties on my street. I felt he got the valuation spot on. I was impressed when he also outlined to me the costs of both buying and selling, which assisted me in putting together a budget of costs. The team who I met were Ian, Dawn, Rosina and Ryan - they were at all times professional but friendly and unlike other property consultants I have met, they were honest - a big plus for me. I had no issues with scheduled viewings. If I could not accommodate a viewing that was ok. My property sold within 4 weeks of going live. Ian went 1 step further and assisted me in the process of procuring a conveyancing solocitor, a task he didnt have to undertake. I would highly recommend Mantons to family and friends who are thinking of buying or selling their properties. GoogleAbsolutely disgusting customer service no help whatsoever the lady over the phone was so rude and incompetent. Her tone of voice was awful.. considering it was the first phone-call I had made to arrange a viewing. I was so put off by her attitude. I really don’t understand how people like that are employed to work in a place like this, leave if your job is so miserable.

GoogleUnder-valued our property from the start, no apparent effort to get us the best price despite loads of interest/offers, poor communication in the run-up to exchange and completion. When we pulled out due to difficult to meet demands further down the chain, i received several ranting, bullying, and really aggressive emails from Ian himself. We still sold to the buyer Mantons found but that was only due to us sorting out the problems with the buyers direct.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Much better than the bigger well known estate agents and cheaper too. Don't be sucked in by the local big boys with their flashy sales pitches.
